Okay this stay was a delightful surprise. Evening hospitality food was delicious. Cheese and crackers. Yummy chili. Fresh green salad. Pie, already gone when I arrived. Must have been good. Easy shuttle to airport for early departure. Clean. Good desk staff.

One of the best view in town, you can have a spectacular scenery at either Dawn and Twilight in your own room.

So this hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. Rooms are nice and beds are a 3 or 4 out of 5. But if these things matter to you do not stay here. The breakfast is awful.. Id give it no star or 1 star. Sausage awful, oatmeal horrible. Eggs and Potatoes bad. I worked for a food supplier to hotels and restaurants and it's obvious owners and management only care about the bottom line and cost with the food. It's so so bad. And the location is great to the airport. But it's by I 80 and it's always got traffic late and early. So it you want some good sleep don't stay here.

The rooms are great but service is not. I’ve stayed here several times and am always disappointed by the staff. Just plan to not need anything from them.

Given the proximity to the airport, you're probably staying here for a good night's sleep before/after/between flights. But a good night's sleep is absolutely not what we got. We were given a 2nd floor room above the lobby when we checked in in the evening. I'm not sure why, given it was a random Wednesday night and they weren't anywhere near full. Maybe if they wouldn't have given me a hard time when I called to put my honors number on the reservation, I could have selected a room myself. The toilet flusher kept breaking and we needed to open up the back several times. The air-conditioning kept reverting back to 70, making it stuffy and hot. The room was ridiculously quiet until it wasn't, which could have been solved for had the air conditioning fan stayed on. The guy nextdoor was a mouth breather I could hear snoring through the paper thin walls, the lobby has some kind of random banging, and the person above enjoyed pacing without picking up their feet. The bed springs squeaked their song if you so much as twitched, and the sheets sounded like a flag in the wind anytime anyone rolled over. The real icing on the not sleeping cake was the loud train alarm at 3am. It was fine, I wasn't sleeping anyway. But it was a nice touch.
