    We used Home2 Suites for our wedding guests, and they all stated it was a great experience, especially the continental breakfast. From our personal experience with them, they were great, and allowed us to rent their shuttle to get our guests to and from our wedding venue. Lastly, I told guests the wrong time for final pick-up and had to call the front desk to have them send the van early; they were extremely generous/responsive and sent the shuttle up early to fix my mistake.

    Rude front desk rooms have no insulation: got a noise compliant speaking to a friend on the phone while watching TV at a low volume ..Terrible un profession staff. ..I will avoid Home 2 Suites in Layton..the Worst place I've e stayed in the local Salt Lake City area

    Let me just say, I love the location and how convenient it is to head to a wal-mart. The service is very great- no trouble at all checking in. Clean rooms, best housekeeping service. The BEST part of it all and even I was so surprised? The breakfast! I enjoyed how clean it is compared to so many other hotels I’ve been to. You can see how well the breakfast guy puts effort into it. A very nice and extremely cute man who greets people and greeted me so kindly!! His name was Randall. Very informed about what he does and I was in awe seeing him each morning! And he dresses very well(wish I got his number). Best location I’ve been in! He needs a raise! P.S. If that breakfast guy is single, reach out with a comment letting me know. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! ^o^

    This hotel needs a rehab and a thorough scrubbing. The bathroom pocket door was very difficult to open and close. The room phone did not work; it was plugged into the jack, but there was no dial tone. We had to go to the front desk and ask for assistance with neighbors who seemed to be bouncing off the walls. Tables in the breakfast area were wobbly and not cleaned. Shower doors were dirty, and the outside corners of the shower were filthy. There were cobwebs above the cupboards, and the window was so dirty it looked like frosted glass. There was an unknown substance on the bedskirt. I received a reply from management who appeared surprised at my review. This speaks volumes as to the lack of oversight and accountability within their operation.

    Grote ergernis bij het ontbijt, de rest is prima. De werknemers kapen het eten weg van de mensen die een hotelovernachting geboekt hebben. Ze laten rommel liggen op de vloeren, tafels en ook in een van de lades waar de borden in liggen. Een grote smeerboel, lijkt wel in overgegeven. De fruitschaal zit beschimmeld fruit in en niemand ook de managers lijken er niets aan te doen. Het is niet netjes om je personeel tijdens ontbijt van de gasten mee te laten eten. Ze zeggen niet eens goedemorgen! Service is zeer slecht, niet eens 1 ster waardig. Als baas zijnde zou ik deze review serieus nemen of een camera ophangen om het personeel eens goed te bekijken, je betaald ze toch om te werken 🤔 Hilton Homes2Suites staan bekend om goede service, die is hier niet terug te vinden. Zou dit verblijf afraden bij iedereen. Oct, 8: vandaag 1 dag later is de lade schoner, heeft geen sop gezien maar het merendeel is eruit geschraapt. De 2 dames, 1 aan de receptie zegt geen Goedemorgen, is alleen maar aan het bellen via een oordopje. De andere dame loopt met een koptelefoon op terwijl ze eten bij elkaar graaien. Die ze nog altijd in hetzelfde deel van de ruimte opeten net als de betalende klanten. Het is niet professioneel, het hoort niet. Er zijn 2 mannen die werken en dat is Mohammad die heeft ons ingechecked en dat is een lange smalle man met grijs haar, hele vriendelijke man. Daarnaast de jongens achter de ontbijt bar, die werken tenminste. De dames geen idee wat die doen de hele dag... succes daarmee. P.S. De douche in ons verblijf is heerlijk, het bed slaapt goed, de keuken is prima dus daarover hoor je me niet.
