I loved my stay 12/31-01/02 and will definitely be returning. I will also be recommending your hotel to my friends and family. I’d especially like to recognize Justin and the other gentleman who assisted with valet parking on the morning of 01/02/26, as well as Patrick and the young lady working in the lobby. Everyone was wonderful and made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you all for working during the holidays, it was greatly appreciated.

This was a nice hotel, but was not what I would call “five star.” While it was clean, and the location is ideal, it is older and it shows. Also the lobby was almost non existent, though the pool area was nice. For the price, we probably could have stayed at a newer hotel.
Another thing that I wasn’t impressed with was that the check-in process was a little frustrating. There was a line for guests who needed to check in, and two front desk employees, however the employee on the far end kept checking in people who would emerged from the elevators instead of the next in line, creating frustration from the waiting guests.
Overall, from a Hilton, and for the price, I expected a little more.

The room was outrageously expensive and cost wasn't justified by the room. You can tell it's an oldish room. We bought a suit there was only a window on one side so we felt like we were in a dungeon. There's only one bathroom and it took forever for all of us to use it. there wasn't even a sink outside in the room or tissues. some of the lamps didn't even work. there were no ceiling lights so it was dim with no window on one side of the suite. It was the day after Christmas when they started drilling in the mornings at 9:00 AM in the parking structure which we could hear pretty good all the way up on the 11th floor. The food and their restaurant is $30 a person for breakfast and $30 to $90 per person for dinner. They ran out of food on Christmas Day and couldn't feed their people. I wish they had had a door separating the two rooms of the suite but no and the bathroom didn't look any bigger than any other hotel room. We've had nicer rooms at the Hyatt. The only thing good about it was the location which was downtown Salt Lake. We had to pay $35 a day for parking but of course anywhere we went in Salt Lake we had to pay additional fees. My family did not like that they did not have free breakfast and that it didn't seem worth the cost and asked me to buy a hotel outside the city next time. This is the second Hilton We have tried in the Salt Lake City and have had pretty much the same experience. The other one was even worse. Lobby is somewhat pretty but I'm finding out if the rooms are old it's not worth it.

Parking and breakfast both cost extra. For the price of this room, that’s unacceptable. A Quality Inn is cheaper and includes free breakfast and free parking.
The bar and restaurant both close at 10:00 PM, which is absurd for a hotel at this price point. I even tried to order a cocktail by phone before the bar closed, knowing their hours were limited and I'd be arriving 10 min after 10:00 and they still wouldn’t accommodate it.
I ordered a cake from Spencer’s restaurant and it was awful—dense, overly sweet, and more like a giant slab of fudge than an actual cake.
Parking and unloading luggage was a complete hassle. Having to go up and down elevators and through the parking garage just to get my bags to the room was ridiculous. For a hotel charging these rates, there should at least be luggage assistance.
Overall, overpriced, inconvenient, and disappointing. Definitely not worth the cost.
