She made her feel comfortable, and nothing more to worry about. The agent (Kala) at the front desk was also very friendly and sympathetic to my wife’s predicament. She left a message for the morning person to prepare and breakfast bag for her since she was leaving at 4:30am. The driver in the morning Marcus was also amazing. He got her to the airport in a timely manner and spoke to all of us and even joked around to make us all comfortable. You have great staff that took care of my wife with professionalism, caring and kindness. Thank you all for my wife’s great experience.
