    I really like this hotel. I think they are in good location to be close to highway, not far to go Snow Skiing (about 30-45 minutes drive), plenty restaurants close by and good distance from airport like 15 minutes drive. the front was nice and quick check in. The bed felt so comfortable and i was able to sleep like a baby. The room was very well maintained and clean. My room is close to business and it suck to hear all trucks. I’m glad i got a nice desk and couch too. I don’t have microwave and refrigerator. I didn’t need it. Their breakfast meal are delicious and good variety type of food. i did love their Christmas tree decorate. there was only one type of juice they offer and that is Orange Juice. Im use to seeing variety of juice. I did get milk and water. The WiFi signal is great and no complain at all. The Bathroom is good, but i wish bath tub work great. It doesn’t hold the water at all. Arrghhh. It suck they allow pet, but so far i didn’t hear any loud barking noise. Phew. Sometime they smell funny or awful. I would comeback here again in future.

    Great customer service, but this hotel is warn down and dirty, complementary breakfast is all premade so we didnt eat bone of it. We usually stay at Hampton suite everywhere we go but this place should be a motel and not a hotel.

    Mona (Moona) the front desk clerk was very helpful, accommodating, and displayed the best customer service at all times. She got us extra towels each day and helped us with finding gloves to help my elderly grandpa with his wound care dressing change(s). During a difficult time in our lives, (grandpa with cancer, other illnesses, etc.) Mona was a shining light and did everything in her power to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Moona! Hampton! Please give this lady a raise! She deserves it! Great job!

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Midvale, Utah, and had a very disappointing experience. The room heater did not work during cold weather, there were visible bugs in the room, and several amenities that were listed at the time of booking were not available or disclosed ahead of time. I called the property multiple times — on November 5th and again on November 7th — and never received a call back from management. I simply wanted a resolution and a refund under the Hampton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but no one responded. This experience does not reflect the Hilton brand I’ve trusted for years. I hope management or Hilton Guest Assistance will reach out directly to resolve this issue and process my refund.
