If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! I spoke with the manager front desk Rayn he was very rude & not professional at all. When I checked in the ladies were not very welcoming. I called the hotel and got a very Nice front desk lady Anna (first person that was nice to me at this property) she listened, reassured me and apologized for this confusion with my rate. That is all I wanted from the very beginning and everyone I spoke to told me something different! The rooms were okay and had stains on the pillows but I wish it didn’t take me to escalate this, Unfortunately I will never stay here again!!

Got the job done for a short layover but wouldn’t stay here again.
Old, dated rooms. Shower sprayed all over the floor, even with the curtain closed.
Driveable location, but for an east coaster like me there are hotels that are much more walkable.
Mid service. Front desk staff were kind at reception, but at one point I recieved a very… ahem… curt response when requesting a late check out. Was also surprised that my room wasn’t cleaned btwn nights.
First night was appropriately priced, but the 2nd night was very pricey for the quality.
Ultimately, I found this hotel in a pinch but if I had time to choose I wouldn’t choose this.

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel that I believe was rooted in racial bias. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome and treated differently than other guests. I have traveled to other states and Salt Lake City is one of those places people love to stare if you’re a different color.
No guest should ever feel judged or mistreated because of who they are. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair and respectful treatment.

Stay elsewhere. Upon checking I noticed that the room wasn't really freshly cleaned (dust on desk, carped seemed it was only spot vacummed). Wanted to take a shower and found clump of another person's hair on the shower wall as well as all over the bathroom floor. Called front desk which sent room service and the cleaning lady had an attitude upon arrival. She only took the hair clump and walked out.
