Great hotel, clean, pool and parking garage avaliable at a cost (nothingtall though, Jeep Barely fit). I like how the atrium in the middle is completely open all the way to the top floor. Nice bar and resturant with a good selection of local beers. Staff was friendly. Shout out to Ivan at the bar. We stopped for a night cap and he was very pleasant.

Stayed here for one night and was ok. Waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one answering any knocks or calls. Lady who checked us in was rude and was noticeably nicer to the next guest even though we stayed pleasant after waiting. Rooms were very nice and clean, but service was just too poor.

We stayed here for New Year’s expecting a similar experience to last year, but it was very disappointing. None of the New Year’s festivities that were offered previously were available this time. On top of that, guests were not allowed to celebrate with horns or any noise-makers, which really took away from the holiday atmosphere. New Year’s is meant to be festive, and this stay felt overly restrictive and nothing like what we had experienced before. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for a New Year’s celebration.

The room and the location are fine, but the service quality is terrible. Yes, you’ll get the cookies upon check-in, but would that compensate for poor attitude? Absolutely not. They advertise it as a cashless facility, and yet the laundry room accepts coins only. We’ve already prepared enough coins for one round of washing and drying, but the dryer didn’t function properly. We ended up needing a couple more coins to get a second round of drying. We came down to the front desk asking to exchange coins, and they said they don’t have any until the manager came in at 11 pm. We came down again at 7:30 am the next day and they said the manager has left and no one has access to coins. Apparently none of them cares that we ended up with a whole suitcase of wet clothes.

The room we got this time is one we've stayed in before at this same hotel a year ago. And again nothing has been fixed. The ac had problems. And the plumbing is atrocious. The toilet barely flushes and the tub takes about 45 minutes to drain after an 8 minute shower. Still the same issues a year later. To go along with that the room wasn't even cleaned. Upon entering the room we found public hair all over the toilet. Looks like the beds were made and that's about it. We brought these issues to staff attention last year and we were told sorry and then no reply. No offer to change rooms no offer for a discount no offer to make any repairs nothing. So that being said i doubt bringing the same issues to staff attention again would fall on deaf ears yet again. I thought hilton hotels were supposed to be a better class of hotel. For 180 dollars a night it should be a lot better than what it is. Pretty disappointed.
