    I had a great stay at the DoubleTree, and I want to highlight Steven at the reception desk. He is always incredibly helpful and friendly. Every time I asked for recommendations, he introduced me to great bars and restaurants in the area. He has a good sense of humor that makes communication enjoyable and makes guests feel welcome. Thanks to Steven, my stay was even better. Highly recommended!

    Stayed at this hotel for one night. My first impression was excellent, thanks to the enthusiastic and humorous reception staff, Steven being one of them! The food was also delicious! The shower is a bit small and echoes a lot when people talk in the indoor pool, and I have a poolside room and wanted to sleep. Otherwise, the staff is truly fantastic and the hotel is excellent!

    First Rich was sii up per friendly picking up at 1 am from airport, Isaac at restaurant and front desk super helpful, Steven and nice ladies at front desk! Great place to stay flying in or out of Utah with nice running track and indoor pool. Very clean rooms and cleaning staff very friendly. Thank you!!!

    We missed our flight and stayed at the Double Tree Hilton SLC Airport Location. Steven greeted us at the front desk with warm chocolate chip cookies! He was super friendly and quickly checked us in and gave us toiletries since we had no luggage. The room is spacious and clean and even has a tray on a comfy chair to set up your laptop. The Hotel has a free shuttle van to the airport. Steven gets a 5/5 for customer service!

    We always stay at the Doubletree SLC Airport. When we checked in during our last stay, we learned we had two rooms reserved. I told the desk agent that we only wanted one room, so she said she would cancel the other room. When we received our credit card statement, we saw that we were charged for 2 rooms. Unfirtunately, the other room did not get cancelled so we were charged for a no show. I contacted the Doubltree and spoke with Steven and told him what happened. He took my information and said he would meet with the management team. Several hours later, Steven called me and told me that the duplicate charge was being reversed on our credit card. Steven was so polite and professional and attentive to my concerns. Doubletree is lucky to have Steven on their team!
