She literally told me you know what I don’t have time for this. I have people checking in and told me to wait. The attitude was crazy I understand you’re busy but at least be nice about it.

He gave us keys to a room already occupied, then took a long time to find another room. When we did get a room, it was dirty. The sink hadn’t been cleaned, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and there was hair on the sheets. We wouldn’t stay here again if there was another option.
