  Stayed with my family in the presidential suite on the 9th floor. My son and I stayed in the room To the right and I had a beautiful view from my room. My sister, brother in law and niece and nephews stayed to the room to the left and they didn’t have any complaints. My parents and brother stayed in the main suite and had plenty of room and had no issues making breakfast, dinner. My dad and siblings and brother in law had a great time snowboarding. There wasn’t a lot of snow but it did snow a day before we left so they got to enjoy fresh snow. There isn’t a ton of dining option around but that is not the resorts fault. The parking garage only goes up to the 4th floor so we did have to carry our groceries through the halls and on the elevator with the other guests which was kind of awkward but manageable. Overall we had a nice little family vacation!

  Stephano in the ski locker room was so helpful. I have weak hands and he offered to uncle my ski boots and help me get them off. He put them on the dyer and then put them in my locker for me when they were dry. All this without my even asking for help. Anticipating your guests needs is 5 star service!!!!

  We had an amazing stay at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. The room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location is central and convenient, and the amenities were excellent — everything about our stay felt thoughtful and well done. We did have a small issue on our last day, but what truly stood out and turned everything around was the incredible help we received from Dakota Bybee from Security. Dakota went above and beyond for us. He was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was resolved properly. He took the time to help us fully and made sure we were completely taken care of. Because of Dakota, what could have been a stressful ending became a moment of gratitude and relief. He truly made it all better and put the biggest smile on our faces and in our hearts. His professionalism and compassion made a lasting impression, and he is absolutely the highlight of this review. Thank you to Dakota and the Westgate team for a wonderful stay — we will definitely be back.

  What a fun experience! We first got to meet Paula at the front desk (thanks for helping me not get lost 😂) and all of our Argentinian, Paraguay, and Brazilian friends — with Nissa, Debra, Lisa, and the gang! We then got to hang out with ever so cool Lautaro in the fun center and got to go on an adventure with THE Captain Audrey to the treasure chest and the arrgh-cade! what a cool and fun experience.   Our 2025 Christmas Holiday Vacation Stay for the year and the best stay ever! They got our vacation booked close to date and worked so well with us with adding an additional day stay. Such a gorgeous Holiday Themed Scenic View, with the cutest label themed lodging (Elk, Basin, Bear & Moose) that is very classy cabin look with daily filled activities, ping pong was our kids favorite, pool, hot tub, gym fitness center, serenity spa, laundry guest services, marketplace store, restaurants in the resort building and with main activities all within walking distance in Park City Mountains where we planned our Ski Activities :)
