We had an amazing experience at Westgate Resort Park City. From the moment I arrived, the check-in service was exceptional—warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. It really set the tone for a great stay.
My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable king bed, cozy seating, and a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, offering both comfort and luxury.
The resort itself has fantastic amenities. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing no matter the weather. The arcade room added a fun touch, especially for families, and the small market on-site made grabbing groceries and essentials effortless. I also visited the Serenity Spa, which lived up to its name—peaceful, professional, and wonderfully rejuvenating.
A huge perk of staying here was the complimentary shuttle to Main Street. It made getting around incredibly easy, and I have to give special recognition to our driver, **Spencer**, who was absolutely exceptional—friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable.
Since I visited during the holidays, I have to mention the Christmas decorations. The resort was beautifully decorated inside and out, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the property.
Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort convenience, and luxury.
Came out here on vacation for my husband's birthday. We arrived on the 15th at night and had an issue with our reservation. The next day Miranda, front desk manager helped sort things out without further delay. We were in our requested unit and back to enjoying our vacation. And Leo the hotel porter, was amazing. He helped us find our way around the resort and helped us find short cuts to get to the 8th floor without getting lost 😅. Our stay so far has been great. Lovely staff, cozy and clean suites, with lovely view of the mountains. I've been a owner with Westgate for 14 years.

We had a 7-day trip planned, and ended up leaving a day early.
The esthetic and online advertisement makes this place look absolutely beautiful, unfortunately, we were very disappointed.
Most typical hotel services are at an extra fee or non-existent. There is no breakfast, so plan accordingly. For a four star hotel you would expect a room turn over at least once during your visit, nope. Staff here does NOT clean your room without a fee, or they'll offer to give you cleaning supplies to do it yourself. Outrageous.
The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. Upon opening the washer, we were hit with a strong smell of standing dirty water and dried up detergent is all over. We had to pay for laundry at a local laundry mat.
The rooms do not have a deadbolt lock for safety, our two year old was able to open the main door easily which poses a major safety risk.
The windows on the 6th floor opened, but did not have a screen or any other safety features given how easily accessible the windows are to children being low to the floor.
The pool was very cold and definitely not kid friendly.
Beware of lurking thieves in the parking garage as well, we had a questionable experience with items being places on our vehicle.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The bad: Overpriced lodge. Rooms are so old! Nothing like photos!!! Was given a room at end of 2 halls (20 feet each), even though my mother had a sprain leg and could barely walk, & I had a 4 month old with a lot of baby items to carry. There were 10 other families the whole time we were there so I'm not sure why we were given a room so far. The place was empty!
The jetted tub only had cold water and broken jets so it was useless. The water was shut off the 2nd day for few hrs without notice.
Not many activities except pools and ping pong and an arcade you have to pay for separately. No breakfast except for overpriced fake Starbucks in lobby... opens for 3 hrs and that's it. Free shuttle but 30-40 min wait each time we used it. Pools not heated.
The good: Staff is pretty nice, all new and in-training so they weren't very knowledgeable about the area or where things are located in the hotel. Nice arcade and good food options. Pools were big. Free shuttle. Few hot tub options. Room was big and clean. Comfy bedding.
Wouldn't stay here again though... too many cons for the price.
Someone was supposed to fix our TV and someone came up and was able to connect it to the internet, but then IT was supposed to come up and fix the available apps. No one ever came. So the TV in the bedroom did not work the entire weekend.
The dishwasher did not work so we were unable to use it the entire weekend.
Their staff doesn't seem to know what amenities they have and don't have. when we called my husband was told there was no oven in the room. when i asked the front desk i was told there was an oven in the room. there was no oven.
No one ever came came to clean the room at all so we ran out of towels and there wasn't a broom or anything in the room we could clean up with. not acceptable to have no way to sweep if their staff wasn't going to come do it.
The valet staff were extremely unfriendly, aside from one man who was kind.
Their indoor/outdoor pool was freezing and way too cold for small children. we had to leave it after only a few moments.
All in all, it was not in anyway worth the money that I paid to stay there. I could have paid for a hotel for half the price and had a better experience. We were extremely disappointed by the lack of competent staff and usable amenities.
Would never recommend to anyone.
