  Great location, good amenities, some rooms updated, others original. We booked with airbnb. Guest serves were very helpful, caring and considerate - I hurt my back and couldn't walk and they got me a wheelchair, took me to urgent care and picked me up again. Thank you so much!!

  I have been associated with Westgate Park City for 20 years now as a timeshare and then whole owner. The resort and staff are tremendous although would like to acknowledge a special thanks and appreciation towards Spring Sandlin for all her help to me and my family during our stay. Her dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism in responding to all questions and providing valuable insight on how best to experience both the resort and mountain was outstanding !! I have dealt with many talented and good people at Westgate over the years however Spring did distinguish herself as a true Westgate professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Looking forward to returning to a fantastic resort!

  Ask for Spring! She is the sweetest & sooo helpful! I was clueless when we arrived & she explained things really clearly & gave us a lay of the land. Lovely property.. & I’m looking forward to checking out the spa!

  I had an amazing person named Spring that took care of me during my stay. She was incredible and made my trip the best trip I have ever had in Park City. Spring should be how wonderful staying and owning a place at Westgate. She was so helpful with everything. My 11 year old son is still taking how special she made him feel. Thank you Westgate for having such a genuine person there

  Exceptional Ski Conveniences Seamless Slopeside Access: I highly valued the daily free ski storage and convenient drop-off service directly at the lifts. Valuable Extras: The inclusion of free ski waxing and specialized ski lockers equipped with boot dryers significantly enhanced my skiing experience. Extensive Resort Amenities Pools & Relaxation: The resort features three swimming pools and multiple hot tubs, including a dedicated adult-only area that I found particularly amazing. Hassle-Free Transportation & Parking: I benefited from the complimentary shuttle service connecting the resort to Park City and Junction Commons, as well as free parking in the secure, covered garage. Superior Property Management Responsive Service: My experience with iTrip Park City (the management company) was excellent. They demonstrated high levels of communication and persistence by sending maintenance multiple times to address a faulty microwave, eventually replacing it with a brand-new unit to ensure my comfort.
