We had an amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City. We had a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The rooms were incredible—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. It even had a washer and dryer. The staff deserves special mention: everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, prompt, and incredibly helpful.
We loved the little touches, especially the s’mores by the fire at night and the complimentary shuttle into town. Breakfast was terrific and the bar was fantastic—great atmosphere and drinks. Overall one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
One small note: the “free” breakfast with Amex Platinum doesn’t cover the full breakfast, so be prepared for an extra charge. Still absolutely worth the stay!

Loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City. The front desk staff Mitch and Stacy were so friendly and welcoming as was Dallen the concierge. They really wanted us to have an exceptional time which we did. The shuttle service to Main Street was a nice option to driving and parking there. The S’mores were so fun to make and eat! We didn’t miss that nightly event! The views are spectacular and hope to visit again someday.

We had the most amazing stay! Shout out to Dallin for making the trip so memorable and having lots of great recommendations for hiking trails, the spa, and town. Can't wait to return for the other seasons!

I love the Waldorf Astoria Park City! I am a local in Utah and love to go up a weekend or two each year. This is located in the lower part of Park city which is quicker to get to from Salt Lake City.
I wanted to post this review as a quick shout out to the room service team! They must have recently received new training or something because it was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. They set up our spots and arranged the food for us. And they quickly cleaned everything up after we were finished. It was a next level service experience and felt like a 5 star hotel.
The pool service was also incredible! We were constantly checked in on as we laid there.
I have stayed at this hotel for years, but recently it seems like the level of service has only gotten better!
My only negative is that the TVs need to be replaced badly. You cannot stream anything and the Roku we were provided did not work.
