The staff, food, location, service, the room - all of it was an 11/10 experience. The breakfast every morning was amazing. At every corner the staff is waiting to help you in any way possible. Highly recommend valet parking. We did the king bedroom with a living room and it was spectacular. At the end of every day we looked forward to getting back to our cozy hotel room and turning on the gas fireplace. Highly recommend talking to temple and the other concierge staff for recommendations prior to arrival as they made some great suggestions. I’ve traveled all of the world and stayed as dozen of hotels this one was easily top 3. Thank you for a great trip!

First off, I always place the privacy door hanger because I tend to not want to be disturbed while I rest throughout the day or just have things in my room I don't want moved around or taken. However, upon my return from my first round of activities I found the someone had still gone into my room and left the privacy hanger on the floor inside my room. This was unacceptable and a violation of my privacy request. I informed the front desk and they apologized extensively, but I feel like there was some retaliation on the part of room service because on the morning of my checkout the room next door sounded like it was under construction from 6 AM up until I was checking out at 11 AM. Lastly, the food I ordered was terrible. The cost did not justify the experience.

The shuttle on demand was also extremely helpful for getting around without a car. A special shout-out to Hawkeye for making the rides so enjoyable and his spot-on dining recs!
