We’ve been to quite a few different HGV’s as owners and this one is one of the nicest. The appliances look brand new and the rooms were spotless.

Beautiful resort with full size kitchen appliances! Heated pool for swimming outdoors even in below freezing temperatures. Cozy fireplace and huge living space.

We were given an ADA room, wasn't the worst thing to happen by any means but it was a bit odd haha! There wasn't a main light for the room, just for the little entry hall and then two lamps on each side of the bed. One of the USB charging ports on one of the lamps didnt work. We did think it was cool that we could cast movies and shows from our phone to the TV, and they did go out of their way to leave a fun surprise in the room since we were celebrating a birthday. Staff service wasn't bad, but wasn't awesome. I came across one staff member while walking through the hall that was really nice, but other than that nothing of note there.

Ryan, at the front desk provided one of the best check in experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Everything was great!

The first impression was impressive until I opened my sliding doors overlooking a construction site. Management was agreeable to find a solution, a room that was easy to access on a lower level. It was pleasant sitting on the private patio behind a natural privacy screen. Amenities such as an outdoor pool, heated jacuzzi and fireplace for relaxing was appreciated. Restaurants were within 3 minutes walk with opportunities for shopping in season. Their transit system is remarkable. Mini shuttles take you to Old Town and surrounding transfer hubs in outlying areas. It is free to ride between towns and if you’re not in a hurry Salt Lake City is an hour away. I was surprised that staff didn’t provide the information or transportation schedules. I enjoyed the freedom of leaving the Lodge earlier than the operating hours of their company owned rides, and made it to SLC International AirPort for an on time departure.
