$2500 for 3 nights (absolutely insane). They have no sauna, no steam room, and small hot tubs. Concierge didn’t answer the phone. They wanted to charge me for parking at checkout when the didn’t mention that it wasn’t included at check-in. Overall a lot worse than neighboring hotels.

This was one of the worst tours I’ve ever experienced. They refused to show me any actual documentation or contracts, yet insisted everything was trustworthy because it was under the Hilton name. That was basically the entire sales pitch.
The timeshare they tried to sell was a complete rip-off. They wanted $38,000 for one week a year, with maintenance fees that can increase without any limits, and the only numbers they showed me were scribbled on a sheet of paper. No contract, no disclosures, nothing in writing. The moment they realized I wasn’t going to buy into their timeshare, they rushed to get me out the door. You sign it and get involved that every day or you can’t get it later type of deal..
Very disappointing for accompanying like Hilton, who is supposed to be trustworthy even using their name to brag on how trustworthy they are while trying to scam you.
The suite furniture was disgusting. There were stains all over the chairs, clearly from previous guests. It looked dirty and neglected. You’re trying to sell me a $38,000 vacation package, yet the room you put me in looks like that? I can travel the world many times over on my own for that kind of money.
They also promised me a $200 voucher for attending the presentation. That turned out to be false. It’s not a $200 stay or credit — it’s just a rebate program you have to apply for after you travel somewhere else, which is not what they advertised.
It’s disappointing to see Hilton associated with such bait-and-switch tactics. I was promised a $200 credit, not a rebate, and sales pitch with zero transparency.
