A predatory ripoff, avoid at all costs.
I rolled into town for the start of my seasonal job and due to delays while driving I got into town at 2am. This was the only hotel in town that would rent me a room due to it being shoulder season and late at night. All I needed was a place to sleep for 5 hours because I had to be to work early. They didn't try to accommodate my situation at all and charged me a unreasonable rate for 5 hours of sleep in an ice cold room. Then upon check out they tried to charge me another $25 resort fee on top of the outrageous rate and I had to make a fuss to get them to remove the charge. But they did offer me a hot cookie for breakfast, because you know giving guests diabetes for breakfast is always a healthy choice.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. It's old and in need of a major overhaul. I wouldn't say anything if this was listed as a 2 star hotel or maybe a 3-star but there is no way that this is a 4-star hotel. Buyer beware.

Beware of Resort Charge! We booked for 2 nights through Trivago. At check in we were asked to put a credit card down for incidentals. At check out we were charged $25 per night resort charge as an incidental charge. There was no mention of this when we checked in or made the reservation with Trivago.

Unfortunately, wasn’t a great stay. This place need a major re-do— it’s dated, dim, and has a confusing layout. Mayra in the restaurant was an extremely rude server. The food was nasty and she wasn’t accommodating with my allergy.
The worst was Sebastian when we talk to him he lie about the room we were getting, and got very defensive.
Here’s the best thing : her name Audrey or Audra , and Mike the manager. Very nice people. They were helpful when I needed to check-out, Audra even gave me the money back for a nights stay.
Also, nice location. Beautiful to see the snow fall, and grocery store is close. But I won’t return
