This place is a dumpster fire. They way overcharged us at check in and weren’t able to explain all the extra fees. I would not choose the room upgrade option at booking, this is what started this mess. Their advice was for me to meet with the hotel manager in the morning. Also the hot tub is broken and has been for over a year apparently. Our fridge in the room also did not work. For what they are charging for just a two night stay for this very outdated hotel, this is ridiculous. This place needs to shut down , get new management, renovate, or all three. Look elsewhere

This is no resort. It’s a bait & switch. First off, Sebastian was extremely rude at the front desk. No personality and bad English.
The room smelled like sewer gas/mold. I think there was actually mold because we felt sick in the lungs our whole trip.
Whole place is dark, dinky. Even the free cookies were stale.
Extra star added because it’s in a good location. All the more reason to put a nicer resort in this spot, the Yarrow is not a nice one at all.
Audra at the front appears gruff but was actually quite friendly when we told her our issues. She took 20% off our stay. It’s appreciated. Nobody else would have.

The rooms are just ok. First room we were assigned smelled like bad septic/plumbing. We were reassigned promptly and no issues with that room. The service in the restaurant is excellent and front desk is The food is mediocre. Shout out to the bartender and breakfast servers. Overall great stay and would def come back.

Careful if booking with Hilton. We are longtime Hilton Honors members and were contacted by Hilton Vacations with a promotional offer for HH members. We booked a 4 day stay in Park City in February for $399 and were advised of a $19.95 cancellation fee. Well we can’t go so called to cancel and Hilton advises they will charge the $19.95 but there is NO refund of the $399! After multiple phone calls and failed promises to call back, they claim that they reviewed our phone call and were told there was no refunds. Of course, they will not produce the recording for us to confirm. Does it make any sense that there would be a cancellation fee but no refund? This is a scam.
