We stayed at the Hilton Home2 Suites for one full week, and unfortunately, the experience was not satisfying.
On three of the seven days, housekeeping did not clean our apartment at all. On the days they did, the cleaning quality was mediocre — for example, the cupboards and dining table were left dirty.
We raised these issues multiple times during our stay, but nothing changed. Even after sending a complaint directly to the hotel manager, our email was ignored.
As Hilton Diamond members, we expected a higher standard of service and accountability.
Very disappointing overall — especially considering their slogan “If you’re not satisfied, the night’s on us.” Sadly, this promise was not honored.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

Feels like a cheap hostel. The rooms are small and the walls are paper thin. The smell of weed and then pizza from the lovely guests next door permeated my room

I was sitting at the desk for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me check in the lady that was cleaning up breakfast I kept asking where's the front desk associate. She said she'll grab her but she continues to clean the kitchen still. I asked her again. She still proceeds. I'll go get her and proceeds to clean the kitchen again. Then after waiting 10 minutes she finally comes out. I guess she was in the break room and the lady's name is Crystal. Kind of made me mad that I waited 30 minutes just to check in. That is ridiculous and somebody not to go get her and say they're going to go get her. That is not okay and Laura is the person that was doing the breakfast and even this morning I got there 8:00 and it was started at 7:00 was breakfast 8:00 there was nothing. No eggs, no sausage. The potatoes weren't even cooked. They were still hard. There was no bread. No bagels, no muffins and only 8:00. It's sad how you've only been doing it for an hour and you can't even get keep up with it. Need to better train your staff and how to respect customers and not make them wait so long at the front desk for check-in or check out

Really good location, you can walk 2 minutes and be at the 25th historical street where you will find many restaurants and pubs. The hotel is pet friendly. The parking is fine. Rooms are really nice, gym is ok, swimming pool is good, staff is cool.
