    Paper thin walls. Could barely sleep because I could hear the neighboring TVs all night. TV setup is very crude. Overall, rooms and pool facilities need updating. Insufficient parking when the hotel is full. Service was good, and the lobby was quite nice. Location is great.

    We stayed 3 nights in November. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job. Gabby and Kobie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Saul on the maintenance crew. Took the time to repair the fireplace starter and get our TV functioning properly! We will definitely stay here again.

    Check in time is 3 PM, out room wasn't ready. We waited in the lobby for an hour and our room was still not ready. The front desk did not give an estimate on how long it would be. Ruined our whole trip.
