I'm giving 2 stars because I originally booked my hotel directly at the desk for $90 a night about a week before I got there When I actually checked out 5 days after I got there, I ended up having to pay more than double that per night, my total was close to a thousand dollars for 5 nights when I was originally supposed to pay $450 for 5 nights. So I'm really not sure what happened there. I'll let it slide, but it has severely damaged my trust with the hilton company and I may reconsider staying with any of the hotels in the future. I also was told my points would go into my account as well, but I've not yet seen them in there. So again - I really don't know what's happening wrong where. But what I'm getting told and what I get charged or given is not the same. I will say that the service was great. The room was great, the place was quiet and clean. I'm more bothered by being told one thing and getting something else, if that makes sense.

Update- I called the number you listed, spoke to Robyn and she stated “someone higher up would reach out to me”. This was a week ago. For 225.00 a night we may as well have stayed at a Motel 6. When you sat at the edge of the bed it flattened like a pancake. The worst bed I’ve ever slept in, In fact it was so horrible I had to send my husband to Walmart to get a foam pad. Upon entering the room my comforter was covered in feces. The gal changed the linens and offered a comp, but we received cheesy points to our rewards. Please don’t stay here.

It's an absolutely disgusting place housekeeping is terrible they don't do their job and when they do they half ass the effort they treat most of their staff with the upmost extreme disrespect, some managers there talk down on the residents behind their back all around a horrible place there was only 3 people there that are amazing people and I thank them for the stay

We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it! We were able to take our dog with us. Robyn & Alexandra were extremely helpful anytime we needed anything. The only thing I would say is stay on the east side, if you’re on the west side all you’ll hear at night is State Street. The rest of the staff was kind and welcoming for anything you needed. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all for the good stay!
