Went to king size room and room had not been cleaned (as in bed not made, wet towels on floor like someone had just been there). Had to settle for double room. Next day manager called like she thought we just didn't think room clean enough. When explained it had not been cleaned at all she said the room was fine when she checked it that morning. She was calling us liars! Not sure if night crew called back in someone to clean it but why would we make that up and THEN SETTLE for a double room for my husband and I for 4 nights? No real apology and again basically called us liars. We apparently needed to take a picture! Not cool and will not go back regardless of how good the location/hotel itself is. Room not cleaned is forgivable but way we were treated by manager is not!
