The main thing i've seen about this motel was the hall look like they needed a vacuum, and a garbage cans weren't empty. Granted, it was a weekend so maybe that was why. The breakfast was excellent. Good choices.

Checked in 9:00pm on Christmas Day. Room temp set to 60 degrees (cold outside).
Next morning noticed the very poor housekeeping. Long hair clump on the uncarpeted floor under the window. Hair in the shower with dried soap suds from the previous guest.
All garbage’s filled and spilling over outside and in the lobby. 3rd floor (ours) smelled like a vagabond was inside, however our room didn’t smell bad.
We checked out a day early. Not a pleasant stay. We expect better from the Hilton brand.

I was disappointed with our stay at Tru hotel in Lehi, Utah. My husband and I checked in on Sunday evening. The main lobby in front of coffee machine was filthy. Rug was not vacuumed, trash was on the floor. Trash cans were overflowing in the lobby and right off the elevator on the third floor. The hallway leading to our room was not vacuumed. To top things off we didn’t have a top sheet on our bed so we had to go to the front desk to get a top sheet. In addition, there was no handicap so we had to get a refill from the front desk. Note, cleaning staff comes every other day.
Do not stay at this hotel if cleanliness is important to you. I will not stay at the Tru hotel in Lehi, UT

I’m not too picky, and I wasn’t expecting a luxury stay, but this was rough. We should have known when we walked in and all the trash cans were overflowing in the lobby and an alarm kept going off by the front door. The rooms were fine but a fire alarm went off briefly at about 1 am. The breakfast the next morning was nonexistent. They were out of pancakes, out of eggs, out of bagels, out of juice. They were even out of paper plates and forks. The staff person was willing to replenish when we asked but it got a little bit frustrating as we discovered more and more things that were out. To be clear, this was well within the advertised time for breakfast. I wasn’t expecting a delicious breakfast but I was expecting it to be stocked. I couldn’t tell if it was a case of being severely understaffed or if the staff were not properly trained. But either way it made for an extremely uncomfortable stay.

Not a 'tru' 3 star experience: Walls are incredibly thin/uninsulated. I stayed for a week and was woken up by my neighbors iPhones in adjacent rooms twice. Every word spoken at a normal volume will transmit clearly to adjacent rooms. Water pressure in the showers is barely a trickle at times, default turnover is once every 2 days instead of every day like you'd find at a cheaper 2 star hotel. My scheduled room turnover after my 2nd night was missed, resulting in my room never being serviced since I changed rooms on the 3rd night because a loud group of school children was screaming in the adjacent room. The building is externally lit and as such, some rooms have extremely bright lights pointed directly into the windows, making it seem like you've got car lights blasting your window all night. The close proximity to the freeway and large amount of industrial traffic also demands better acoustic insulation than is offered here. Semis using their jake-brakes are deafening. The room HVAC units do not have the ability to leave the fan on for white noise, and are very loud, with loud clicks when turning on and off. The pool had a "closed for maintenance" sign on it every time I passed during my stay.
This hotel would have received 1 Star from me, except that the front desk staff were always immediately accommodating and went above and beyond upon request. Those employees bumped this review to 3 stars, the most this hotel could possibly deserve for advertising itself as 3 star accomodations.
