It’s a great motel. It’s certainly a 3 star, but it’s really hard to find any flaws for the price. It’s sort of in the middle of nowhere even if you’ve got something going on up in Lehi, but they do a great job of pretty much everything.

Out of the 60+ Hilton properties I've stayed at this year as a Diamond Member, this Tru in Lehi is easily my favorite. We stayed several times throughout the year and every visit was consistently excellent. The staff here are genuinely great-friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Parking is easy, the rooms are clean and modern, and the showers have fantastic water pressure (which is surprisingly rare!). I also really appreciate the hard floors instead of carpet-they feel cleaner and don't dry out your skin like hotel carpet sometimes does. Everything about this property just works well, and as a bonus, it's usually super affordable. Highly recommend this Tru to anyone passing through or staying in the area. It's become our go-to.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Utah, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice and clean. This particular visit we were greeted by the sweetest General Manager, we got there a few hours early on Halloween day & our rooms weren’t ready just yet for our family of 7. But she gave our kids candy, balloons, offered us food and beverages, just went above and beyond to make our wait comfortable. Please give her a raise! She deserves every cent! Thank you for your amazing customer service and thoughtfulness! We’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it has always been clean until last weekend. Everyone there has always been professional and polite until Saturday. The bathroom was dirty. Looked like poop on the wall, mold in the tub and hairball on the bedroom floor.

My wife and I checked in at about 3pm today. Our first disappointment was the luggage cart. The tapered shape is terrible. The axles stick out beyond the wheels and catch on the hallway wall corners and on the room furniture. And the thing squeaked very loudly. The other guests, and even the front desk people, laughed as we went past. (That's problem #1.) The next problem (#2) we had was more serious. Our Samsung/Android cell phones (an S10e and an S8) could not connect to the WiFi. We've never had this problem before and have stayed at many different hotels and hotel chains over the years. We selected the only Hilton WiFi access point that appeared in the list, and up came a black screen with a spinning circle. We backed out, reselected it, and the same thing happened. I tried it on my phone several times without success. So, because the instructions on the phone (there's no number there for the front desk, which is problem #3) said to go the TV home screen, I did that, and navigated to the Room Tech screen. It had WiFi instructions for Windows and Mac OS, but no instructions for cell phones. (Problem #4.)  But there was a note at the bottom of the Mac OS screen with information on customer support. See attached. I phoned that number, and the guy from India tried to help me, but said this hotel is not fully supported yet by his company so he could not connect to the hotel network to help me. (That's problem #5.) He really tried anyway, walking me thru the steps. And while on the phone with him, I tried connecting to WiFi again, and this time the prompt came up for the last name and room number. I entered the info and was finally connected. Whew! I thought he'd done something in the background. But he said no, he didn't have access to this hotel's network. That problem is a big one: this hotel is not yet supported by the only support company and phone number they have listed on the TV. So then I tried connecting my wife's cell phone. The black screen with the spinning circle came up every time. I restarted her phone. It made no difference. I finally went down to the front desk for help (which the guy from India said to do), and the lady there knew nothing about the WiFi nor is there a tech onsite to help the guests with things like this. (Problem #6.) While on my way back to our room I clicked an option from the black screen with the circle and got a web error screen. Nice. The last disappointment (#7) is that there are no USB ports on the night stands at the heads of the beds (2 queens in this room.) We, like many guests, read in bed or watch movies on our phones, and would like to be charging or phones during these activities. And when we're done with those activities, we want to set our phones down on the nightstand and turn out the lights, and not be required to get out of bed and find the USB ports across the room. Especially if the lights are already out because my wife says goodnight long before I do. Minor problem (#7) is the ceiling has a bulge, like water has leaked through. And #8, rust in the bathroom ceiling vent. See attached. The room and bathroom were clean and fine other than those minor things. It's enough that we won't be back.
