The hotel itself is nothing too exciting, but the rooms are clean, the price is good, and they have a heated pool and hot tub. What more can you ask for?

Our bathroom door doesn't close, our TV doesn't turn on easily (something wrong with the remote) and both of our keys stopped working mid stay. The internet also went out several times. No complimentary waters for Hilton Honors members at these locations. King bed came with only 3 pillows. AC works well and it's nice to have a kitchenette. They put out a nice spread for the complimentary breakfast including eggs, bacon and sausage in addition to the continental fare.

From the very beginning, the front desk staff, especially Sharlynn and Shar. They were consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely warm in every interaction. Katy, the Manager, was equally dedicated to ensuring guests had a smooth and pleasant experience. Together, they set a tone of excellence that defined my stay. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. It’s conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making it easy to explore the area whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. That said, the hotel amenities are starting to show their age and would benefit from some rehabilitation or upgrades. With a bit of investment and care, the property could easily match the exceptional level of service provided by its team. It was disappointing, hearing that both Sharlynn and Katy resigned during the course of my stay. Their departure is a real loss for the hotel, as their professionalism and commitment was notable. Overall, my experience was memorable thanks to the people rather than the facilities. With staff like Sharlynn, Shar and Katy setting the standard, this hotel has the potentials — it just needs its amenities to catch up.

From the very warm late-night welcome to constantly supplying pool towels to the quick breakfast restocking-- it was impressive, to say the least. They say you don't forget how a place makes you feel-- this location definitely reminded me that hospitality can still excel in this busy world.
