I come to Utah fairly regularly due to family living here. This trip we traveled via air and elected to stay in this hotel. We were here from Tuesday early check in until Saturday. Being Christmas week we figured the room would be cleaned/serviced that day but the other days should be.
We had the maid service come in on Friday leave towels and wash clothes but did not even take the used towels and washcloths. They also never made the bed or cleaned up to room. The base of the shower obviously hadn’t been cleaned there was dark spots/dirt or other muck present.
They leave no ice buckets in the room and if you want ice you have to go to the main floor and get a bucket and ice.
The food was warm scrambled eggs, sausage, and a choice of bagels, bread and they did have a toaster that kind of worked. The sausage gave me heartburn.
I would not recommend this place there are so many other choices

Price was good, everything is really clean and maintained, breakfast is not complimentary but was good and makes sense for the price of the rooms. Bed was a little hard for me

What a great experience! The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the food is very good. We made sure to stay again on our return trip. I only wish breakfast would have been included in the price

CAUTION...bring your wallet for breakfast or be ready to pay more for your stay. I see Hilton as a great place to stay buy today ALL that has changed. The location was perfect for our trip. I travel extensively from January to May and I stay in many different states and many different hotels. Today was a DISAPPOINTMENT to their staff in their breakfast buffet. Do NOT waste your time or money having food in here. They will charge you for anything more than fruit, coffee, and cereal. They had plenty of eggs, sauce, bacon, potatoes, and oatmeal. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT & you'll have an employee berate you and inform you that their hot food is NOT complementary and you WILL be charged.
1st photo is the "complementary" breakfast items. The rest you WILL pay for it as "EXTRA"... sheesh...even a water bottle has its perks in here 🥴. HILTON...do better. At least get staff who won't follow you around and treat you like you're going to steal food.
