- IAisabelle Anderson1 day ago3.0I’m fully convinced the building was made of paper, I was awoke to doors opening n slamming shut for hours on end at 5 am then could hear every footstep n move from the people above us and kids running around screaming. The noise was so loud it kept me up for hours n even woke my husband whom sleeps like a rock n never wakes up to noise. Also the kids playing at the pool could be heard from the complete opposite side of the hotel as clear as day.

- JDJessica DavidsonDec 22, 20254.0We were on the 1st floor someone one was running around upstairs for hours non stop well into the night you could hear every footstep. toilet paper is thin and falls apart when you use it. The bath is nice and reclines the hot tub was amazing but the jets didn't work but I'm grateful it wasn't closed for servicing. The pool was freezing. The AC was on 69 all night but somehow it got roasting throughout the night. They are pet friendly which is nice and breakfast was provided. They have a laundry room and work out room. The main thing I loved though was the location of our room it is right by all the amenities. The beds were firm but soft and the sheets were too. There's a TV fridge microwave desk drawers and nightstands. We were grateful they had rooms last minute right before Christmas. It was close by.
