Ok, our car died just outside of Fillmore. The manager at the Best Western took care of us and even got us a discount on the room and the Indian restaurant right next door. He was the silver lining to a bad night. Thank you!!!!

We stayed here last night and it was a great experience. Clean rooms, excellent service and first experience with Indian food. Fantastic place to stay and convenient location right off the interstate.

BEWARE! This hotel with RIP YOU OFF! The management does not work with people who have travel delays and will steal your money! My husband and I were traveling from Alaska to Arizona. We wanted the last leg of our trip to have a nice hotel with a pool. We chose the Best Western Paradise Inn. But on the trip we blew a tire which resulted in a 24-hour delay. We contacted the hotel. They would not rebook our stay for the next day and said they would charge us $145 (full price) cancellation fee. We then called Expedia, who we booked the hotel with. They said it was the hotel's policy to not allow refunds. We called the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk person who said he was the manager and then another person who said he was the General Manager. I asked if we could just stay 24 hours later. No, they blamed Expedia. And around and around we went. Mind you, I wanted to say, just 24 hours later. Of course the General Manager would book us another day but charge us full price. I even called Best Western corporate. They said it was this hotel's policy. So basically we ended up paying for a night's stay when we didn't even get to stay here! No apology, no flexibility. Talk about a royal rip off! All the other hotels along our trip were fine and happy to accommodate us. So, I do not recommend booking at this hotel. I'm warning as many people as I can so you are not ripped off too.
