Place is sinking faster than the Titanic. Scheduled me 10 days in a row with one day off. I had no training, they placed me with the new girl who had been working there one day.
The director of housekeeping was new and her parent died. They wanted her back to work 2 days later. No time to grieve in capitalism apparently.
The general manager here has mean high school girl energy and gave me a back handed compliment the other day.
“I really like your shirt, I could never wear that color though.” Such a strange thing to say but I see right through people like this.
Worst place I’ve ever worked at. Stay away, the rooms are as disgusting as the management.

ALL THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY. Swapped rooms twice and had to stay at another hotel. Hair in the bathtub, sink and a few other places in each of the 3 available rooms we moved between upon check in. Crumbs on the table, sticky surfaces, oil on the floor in the kitchen area. One of the rooms even had a used flosser on the floor next to the couch. Hotel manager claims the rooms we got are cleaned up to their standard. Yikes! We left and stayed at another hotel.

Sorry I didn’t get any pics. I was so tired when we arrived and checked in. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and sweet and she told me that if we wanted a Christmas tree in our room they can do that and there was toys for sale in the lobby area. It was really cool and she was doing a bunch of Christmas decorations and I asked her how much they charge for a Christmas tree in your room and she said it was $100 so next time I’m in town I’m gonna have a Christmas tree in our room for Christmas. And the location is great and the neighborhood is safe so I had no issues and breakfast opens at 7am and our hotel room had a little kitchenette and it was very clean. We enjoyed it and I slept very good in that bed and the pillows were awesome and I had extra pillows in our room which was even great so I don’t mind coming back on our next trip to Utah.

The rooms are some of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. They are very neat spacious and modern. Every square inch of the room was very clean. The service was great not only friendly but also asked if we would like any suggestions for the local seen. Location was good. Not to far from where I needed to be. However it is very quiet and makes for a pleasurable stay. When I visit the Salt Lake area again I would definitely stay here!

IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY ANIMALS DO NOT STAY HERE!! I booked a hotel room with a few friends because one of them is in town from out of state. Upon arrival to the hotel I was asked if I had any pets to which I replied no. I am severely allergic to both cats and dogs and it became clear that our room was covered in pet hair and dander. I ended up with full body hives and hopped in the shower to try to rinse off and try to salvage the night. I then began having irritation of my airway and eyes and was having trouble breathing normally. at which point I spoke to Zoiee at the front desk who informed me that she could move us rooms to a pet free room (it was now 1:45 am) I asked her if she could guarantee we would be in a pet free room because I was not about to pack our entire room at almost 2 in the morning if we were just going to move to another room with the same issue. she replied that she was not actually sure which rooms were pet free. I ended up having to drive home to sleep at 2:00 am for my own safety. Please train staff to ask about pet allergies and to know which rooms are actually pet free. This is unacceptable.
