Mine was barely on the track and didn’t lock. Walls are paper thin. I had a herd of elephants in the room above me. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to the Hilton Homewood Suites, you won’t be disappointed.

Upon my arrival it took the front desk too 45 minutes to get a key that would work and open the door. They tried 3 different room finally a room opened on the 3rd try, this room was in the middle of the building. I specifically asked for a room closest to the door because I had heavy electrical equipment that I could not leave in the car. The room was also not very clean total experience awful! The following morning I asked to speak to the manager and was told they would call me that day. Well I have called and left 3 messages in the past 2 weeks with my phone number, NO RESPONSE! Customer service was a ZERO! I did receive a call back after this review was written by the GM. She refunded me for my entire stay and apologized for her late response to my messages. So the situation was handled it just took awhile!
