This hotel is pretty basic but the staff make it 100% worth the stay. I’m here once a month and they always go above and beyond. Today Rose at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Their breakfast in the morning is a great bonus.

We stayed here for 5 days in October. My brother was getting married and we flew in from Missouri. This place is very nice and clean. They have free breakfast every morning and it's always different foods. They have an extremely hot hot tub and a nice indoor pool. The rooms were pristine and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. They also have a little shop on the main floor incase you forgot anything at home. They offer free products (toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, clippers, etc) if you didn't bring them. Parking wasn't bad at all and the people that worked here were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Rooms do come with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, iron and a coffee maker!

Please if you are non-white do not stay here. The white members of our party had excellent treatment while we were treated like dirt. I would use the word second class citizens but I'm sure that would have been an upgrade. This is the worst hotel experience of our entire life. We had an issue with the room and the hotel complained we were a no-show and then said we were yelling and cursing at staff. My wife couldn't even speak ... she had lost her voice. We were lied to from start to finish, I would absolutely stay away from this hotel. I firmly believe that my wife and I were mistreated because of the color of our skin. Follow up to my earlier comments: I was able to get some more information from other hotel guests. The room we requested was actually available and was denied to us. And yes we have photographic proof. Furthermore the hotel staff has lied to the 3rd party agency saying that they told us to come back at 3:00 p.m. The hotel manager working the desk told us we would also be refunded ... , another callous lie. She accused me of yelling at her staff; it is a classic dog whistle for individuals of color. I asked her for proof and she said she couldn't provide it ... . Please if you are non-white do not stay here. I cannot express how disappointing this was and how dejected we feel to be treated this way. No one deserves this and I cannot fathom why people treat other human beings this way. The staff was rude, sarcastic, dishonest and are utterly two-faced. It did not matter that I am well spoken; it did not matter that I am a doctor; it did not matter that I have served the United States of America for the last 14 years. It did not matter that my wife has an autoimmune condition. It did not matter that we called corporate. It did not matter that we have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Hilton hotels. It did not matter that we had stayed at this exact hotel before. It did not matter that my wife works to support first responders across the entire state of Utah.
