- LLlvOct 4, 20251.0I had booked a room back in June and it wasn’t until emailing the hotel about packages I had to get delivered that I found out I wasn’t going to have a hotel to check in to. It was three days before my arrival in late September, that I got a 1 sentence reply “this location is permanently closed.” No follow up, no apologies or explanations as to why I had to be the one to reach out and find out this information. beyond that, they hadn’t cancelled my reservation even though I would’ve shown up to a CLOSED HOTEL I GUESS? Thankfully I had a day left to cancel before being charged. Is this a shady racket? Everyone dropped the ball at this hotel, I’ll never be staying at a Holiday Inn. Even their official website from IHG had no idea they weren’t open. Don’t stay here, don’t stay here, don’t stay here. Don’t stay at Holiday Inn.

And ontop of all of that it wasn't as expensive compared to other hotels that would offer similar quality. Only downside is they get booked up fast! It's sometimes difficult to get a room in the same day. But it's all for the reasons I listed above.
