  The halls are dark and uninviting. Parking lot needs work. The entrance is nice. Rooms were okay. The tv...not user friendly. Not that easy to get to frim the thruway. Price not so great either. Checkout time is noon so thats a plus. Breakfast is not included ..its 15. Extra.

  Bathroom shower is renovated but there is mold in shower. Popcorn ceilings with areas where you can see there was a leak fix. Carpet wearing out in hallways. Place is outdated and dark. Breakfast same as other Best Western hotels but not included - $15. Can't take the breakfast to eat in your room. Cheap alternative if you want to stay in a hotel in a very charming city.

  Not actually in Kingston, it is on the very outskirts of the town. Our check in and check out took very long (picture waiting in line at Disney). Our first room smelled overwhelming strong like mairijuana. We switched rooms and had no natural light as we faced an inside hallway. Our curtains were only black out or so thin everyone could see in, which meant we had a very dark room. There were not enough plugs or nightstands for charging phones. We found someone else’s clothes next to our bed. Our air unit was very loud with no off switch. Overall, I wish we had stayed elsewhere. Unless you like paying for standing in lines, stale food, noisy rooms with no privacy/natural light, and staying nowhere near other people you booked with -it wasn’t worth the price. The one plus? The internet worked great.

  I stayed here for one night before hiking in the Catskills in the morning. It was clean, safe, and very conveniently located off the highway.

  The rooms were ok other than house keeping didn't visit at all the 6 days I was there but the reason for that is because the card lock on the door wasn't working. After several trips back and forth to the check in desk to get new keys it was finally figured out the batteries were dead. They offered me the room next but declined because they were going to fix it the next day. The next day comes and they didn't fix it so later that evening I went to the front desk and talk to this girl that was up there with some colored hair and was telling her the issue. The whole time I was talking to her she was just looking at the computer screen every once in awhile she would look at me. I told her about the room next door and she said she would to charge me more. So after that I made up my mind I was going to cut my stay short and go somewhere else. Plus all the hallways smelled like a musty odor not sure what that was. The girl at the front desk was rude and disrespectful imo.
