  On a business trip and I have to stay here for an extended stay I would not recommend staying here for an extended stay Due to entertainment purposes if I’m in a room majority of my day and I can’t watch Netflix nor is YouTube even working I don’t wanna be there the Wi-Fi doesn’t work on my console nor does it work on the TVs but they have Wi-Fi which doesn’t make sense to me hate the fact that I’m having to stay here now because I literally have a TV in the room and can’t watch it unless I wanna watch cable and watch cable nowadays…..

  We left our room for a family outing, for two of our kids birthdays. Before we left, we laid a few personal items and some medications on our bed, so we weren’t traveling with them. We returned to the room after dinner specifically to grab the items and medication off the bed, only to find they were missing! Housekeeping came in to do a “lite service”, and empty trash and switch out the towels… which they did… but also took our belonging off our bed! We spoke to the front desk only to be told the housekeeper had been there for 3-4 years and that he believes her. He did not bring her to the front desk or call her in front of us. He text her from his personal phone, saying she doesn’t know anything about it and didn’t take anything, and I believe her! Then were told a manager wouldn’t be here until tomorrow (Sunday) at 4 pm, conveniently an hour after check out. I immediately reported the issue through the IHG Member account, while we sitting outside. They opened a case and I was given a case number. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call from a woman at the front desk saying she had to come in for an emergency and was made aware of our situation, that she is at the front desk if we need to speak to her, that they “knocked on the door”. I told her we would be right there. At which point, she tells us they’ve never had these issues. (There are other reviews of the same issue… I wish I would have read before staying here) and then proceeds to tell me what all a lite weekend service entails. I don’t care what it entails and is completely irrelevant from the fact our stuff was STOLEN from us. A lite service only gains them access to take things from you! She said “we’re not calling you a liar”… okay… but you said you believe the house keeper! So obviously the housekeeper is a liar and a thief… maybe she should have stolen my Bible that was laying next to our other things and read it! We were offered half off of our stay for a night. Half off our stay doesn’t even cover the amount that was stolen! After we returned back to our room, we asked our three teenagers who were sitting in the living room area if anyone knocked on the door while we were outside. They said no one even knocked on the door. Period! Yet another lie. I will be staying on this case number I was given and continue to push the issue until it is taken care of. I would have given good reviews if it weren’t for this issue and unprofessionalism we experienced. We planned on making many more trips over the summer because the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is exactly what we needed for our family. But never again. By far in all my years of traveling, this was the WORST experience ever!

  Left and went to the zoo with my family. Came back and found several things in my room have been stolen and management says we are liars and were not accommodating or helpful in the least little bit! Dont recommend staying here unless you want stuff missing!

  Like other reviews said, beds were great and the shower was nice and hot. Dove bath products were a nice touch. Suite 332 had a loud air cooling system and needs some bathroom work like paint in the inside of the door and some clean up and caulk in areas. Breakfast was not as great as I expected but has a nice variety. I'd rather have individual serve yogurts than eat some that sat out for hours. The kitchenette was stocked with essentials but the coffee pot had not been cleaned. Squeaky doors were a bit of an issue. We'd probably stay here again.

  Habitación amplia, personal muy atento y simpático y se preocupan por los huéspedes sobretodo Michel y Rouse son encantadores. Limpieza todos los días. Lavandería y barbacoas comunitarias. Es un hotel con ambiente muy cercano y familiar.
