- PPPaula4 days ago4.0I've stayed at this hotel many times but now they are changing to a different hotel. It does not explain anything online like that breakfast is not served in the building. It is available across the street but not in the hotel. The pool is permanently closed. The people working here are awesome.None of this is their fault. The room was very clean and comfortable. This will no longer be a Best Western, so this will be my last stay.
- WWWizurdHat6 days ago1.0Really hate to leave a review like this but I kinda feel obligated to say something here. First off I’d like to say the staff were extremely friendly to me. I flew in from Oregon for a week to visit friends. I was initially put in room 110. On my third day there when I was spending the day relaxing in my room I noticed an ant crawl onto my arm. Then another and another. Noticed the ant trap beneath the ac unit and many dead ants on top of the ac unit. I asked to switch rooms. The lady did, and she was incredibly nice about it. Unfortunately the room I moved to which was 215 had bed bugs. I packed my things and left even though the room was paid for another 4 days. I’m a diamond plus member, I really really hate to say that this place is not somewhere I’d stay again. Every other experience with Best Westerns have been fantastic, but this location is a bit yucky.

- RSRebekah SiverApr 24, 20261.0Do not recommend. We had ants all over our room. When brought it to the attention of the hotel and they brushed it off as commonplace. After complaining to headquarters we received a partial credit of our points we used. We are still waiting on the remaining points to be deposited. So far Best Western has failed us with this visit.
