  Great hotel. Good breakfasts. The rooms are clean. Thank you for the wonderful and daily room cleaning. It's a pity I didn't get to the Jacuzzi. I give you a solid 5 stars!

  Great place. No deposit and if u are a rewards member with them, they treat you like your family. Kind of shabby surrounding area with large roaming groups of zombie like transient gangs. But they cant control whats outside of their place. The breakfast is great. All the stuff youd expect and a lil more. Nice pool and hot tub. If u get one of the suites, it has a couch and coffee table with a reclining chair and a desk ,along with the bed and night stands and tv on a large dresser like thing and the room is very large in comparison to other competing chains. The place is great.

  Bathroom outdated,room had a smell. Breakfast lady was extremely on top of everything. Good Breakfast options. Food was hot.

  On my one night stay at this Bestwestern Hotel, the process went smooth parking was descent and to the naked eye the rooms and facilities looks clean. But when I woke up and sunlight shined through the windows and into the room I noticed a couple dark specs. Which I immediately reported. The housekeepers showed up and said “ it’s not bed bugs” I did notice that at night I would feel like dust was sorta falling on my arm while under blankets and sometimes face. Not sure if those are dust mites, scabbies or tiny bed bugs. While housekeeping was there I found even more. I noticed four other smaller things perhaps larvae or eggs or something just in the small timeframe they were there. I did notice more than usual dust on the bathroom tub while using restroom. Hot water was good. But also at night people were talking and with all the doors and windows closed it seemed like they were in my room. Thin walls and no soundproof at all. Recommend ear plugs and fresh sheets if you want to stay here. Pictures posted of whatever it was I found. Later received an email from front desk notifying me that they weren’t bed bugs or scabbies. I do know that I am not an expert and neither are they. I won’t be staying here ever.

  Paper thin walls could hear everything with the people beside your room, and they were very loud. The room was outdated and old. But the staff were pretty nice with the breakfast being okay. I would not stay here again tho.
