  I use Best Western often when I am on the road for work this location hase nice room friendly receptionist but the rooms are so not sound pruff you can hear any and every step people in the room above take, and in the hallway....oh well

  Before the reservation my son called to verify he can check in as a 18yo and they told him yes. He made the reservation and showed up after driving a hour and a half and when he got there they said he had to be 21. We spoke to the gm Adriana and she said that there was nothing she could do even though it was confirmed before the reservation was made. They directed us to the hotel across the street luckily there were rooms available. Completely unfair to do that. We asked for a receipt to confirm the the cancellation and they said they could not print one out. Will not be staying here in the future and would recommend others to stay away. Especially if they are giving incorrect information to people that do not live close.

  What a shame. Breakfast staff were rude and not properly trained. In my first few nights, there was a nice lady operating the egg bar and always put on a smile whenever someone went up for eggs and hashbrowns. Then the next few nights; there was this man who was the completely opposite. He had horrible disrespectful vibes and treated my family somewhat rudely. He did not seem like he enjoyed his job , and did not allow me to get a second serving of eggs because there was apparently a limit. I paid for the full breakfast and there was no limit on breakfast in the terms of conditions. Then, at around 9AM, when breakfast was ending , I went up to leave and stopped by the coffee cart to get some coffee, and the breakfast staff immediately grabbed the coffee canister and took it to the back.

  Loved how spacious the King Suite was. The things that would make me give it a higher rating is more comfortable mattresses and bigger towels. Other than that it was great. All the staff is very nice and the breakfast is good.

  Since day one I had issues with my keycard to my room and have been "locked” out multiple times. The general manager did not get me a new room the first day after asking for one and I am now on day two dealing with the same issue! I had to go to the front desk multiple times. The manager was even laughing while finally issuing me a new room the night before I check out! Worse service I’ve had at any hotel.
