- JCJess Cole2 days ago1.0Ok let’s start. We came in town for a couple days and the way the rooms are advertised? No. They are so small the dog kennel which isn’t big doesnt even fit in the room. The beds were so hard that we couldn’t sleep. The SHEETS because that’s all you get for blankets is like 4 sheets, we’re crunchy and had a very overpowering chemical smell. That’s just the room! Let’s talk about the food? Thank heavens it’s free because it’s all like rubber and looks and tasted horrible! We only stayed because of the amenities on the website advertised and NEVER AGAIN. They shouldn’t even have Hilton in the name. And as I’m filling this out, the fire alarms just went off and everyone was evacuated because of someone catching their breakfast on fire. Never. Again.
- JGJoseph Ginder6 days ago5.0The location of Tru in Webster is quite good for proximity to shopping and restaurants, and pretty good for the Johnson Space Center. The rooms are a bit spare, but nice. The breakfast was pretty good, closing down at 9. Ice was available only on floor 1.

I'm a somewhat local and was passing through and I really was I'm need of charging my phone and well Miss. Jamie was there to save the day she was amazing she helped me charge my phone. And she was very nice and pleasant and very respectful and had the time to help me...... Thank you so very much for helping me I really appreciate it.
