The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the rooms have become more comfortable with the recent updates. It’s a reliable place to stay, and I appreciate the continued effort to make the guest experience better each time I visit.

- KBKathryn BreesNov 3, 20251.0We only stayed here one night. It was horrible. There was no manager on site. I talked to a woman at the desk the whole time we stayed there. As we walked in, the woman at the desk, said the elevator wasn't working so she gave us a room on the first floor. There were limited rooms on the first floor. She never said the elevator was repaired the whole time we were staying there. When we walked in our hotel room, it smelled funny. The woman at the desk came and sprayed some disinfectant. It didn't help. She never offered another room the whole time we were there. We didn't know there wasn't any hot water until late that night when my husband was in the shower. We never had not water the whole time we were there. During the night, the refrigerator was making a loud noise. I thought it was going to get better. Finally, at 5a, I pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and unplugged the refrigerator. I asked to see a manager before we left. The lady at the desk said there was no manager on site. Right now we have paid full price for that room.
