    We only stayed here one night. It was horrible. There was no manager on site. I talked to a woman at the desk the whole time we stayed there. As we walked in, the woman at the desk, said the elevator wasn't working so she gave us a room on the first floor. There were limited rooms on the first floor. She never said the elevator was repaired the whole time we were staying there. When we walked in our hotel room, it smelled funny. The woman at the desk came and sprayed some disinfectant. It didn't help. She never offered another room the whole time we were there. We didn't know there wasn't any hot water until late that night when my husband was in the shower. We never had not water the whole time we were there. During the night, the refrigerator was making a loud noise. I thought it was going to get better. Finally, at 5a, I pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and unplugged the refrigerator. I asked to see a manager before we left. The lady at the desk said there was no manager on site. Right now we have paid full price for that room.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the Home2 Suites Webster while in town for work, and overall I was very happy with my stay. I checked in on Sunday, and unfortunately, the upgraded room I had paid for on the 4th floor wasn’t ready. I was offered the same type of room on a lower floor, but since I’m a light sleeper and prefer not to have people above me, I declined. I ended up choosing to downgrade my room but noticed the rate hadn’t been adjusted. When I brought this up on Wednesday before check out, I had the pleasure of speaking with Keisha King, Operations Manager. She handled everything so smoothly and professionally. No hassle, no pushback, and no runaround like I’ve experienced at other hotels. She immediately adjusted my rate and made me feel valued as a guest. That type of customer service goes a long way, and I truly appreciated her professionalism. Beyond that, the staff overall were wonderful. The kitchen staff and support team were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My stay was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
