    I checked in to my room to find it occupied or not turned. Bedding wasn’t made and towels on the floor. This was an annoying surprise after traveling all day. I got a new room and wasn’t offered a refund or points for the inconvenience.

    I was in Waco for a week and reserved my room at the Hilton gardens. I was welcomed by the most pleasant front desk staff I have ever met. They double checked my reservation details to ensure everything was correct. Recommended me a wonderful place to eat my first night's dinner at. Just because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, I will be back!

    Location is not best for shops within walking distance. You have a few eateries, but you will need to hop in the car and drive 5 to 10 for bigger selection. Rooms are not new but decently maintained. I stay here often and the roll up shades are broken or hard to operate in many of their rooms. Gym is large and many people say the food is pretty good.

    For $16 breakfast should be better than the free breakfast included at the other Hilton locations in Waco. The showers could be cleaner for a place that up charges everything.
