Disgusting. Don't stay here.
Carpets filthy throughout.
Visible mildew in the AC
Visible mildew on the curtains.
I tracked some type of black greasy goo barefoot into the shower.
Common areas not clean.
I'm a diamond Hilton member and have stayed in MANY Hilton properties. This is place has reviews similar to the Waco Motel 6. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked here.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
I contacted corporate directly instead of the local management. Since the bad reviews go back months with the same complaints, it's likely local management is complicit and should be fired.

I made reservations on September 17th for two connecting rooms for October 24th. I called the hotel and specifically asked for connecting rooms, which I made reservations for. When we checked into the hotel, I was told there were no connecting rooms ready. This was at 3:00pm. I was told it would be awhile before connecting rooms were ready. So, we got two separate rooms. For the price I paid for two rooms for only one night, I was not happy since I had made a reservation almost a month ago. We got to our rooms, and in one of the rooms the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were told to hold the handle down all the way - which we did. We looked on inside toilet and there was no water in it. We were told we could change that room, but would be on a different floor. We chose not to do so, because there was a group of us, which is why I asked for connecting rooms on September 17th. The next morning, we all went to breakfast and when we returned to our rooms, the keys would not work. This was between 9:00–9:30am. We had to go back downstairs and they reactivated our keys. All in all, we did not have a good experience and the staff was not helpful, in fact they were rude. I have never paid $430 for two hotels rooms for one night and had this kind of experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

This is an older hotel and doesn’t seem to have been maintained very well. The night staff were very rude, but the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way without being very forceful with it. The toilet in one of our rooms wouldn’t flush. The only thing they offered was to move the people in that room. We had a big group and two rooms and they wouldn’t accommodate keeping our group together if they moved the group with the broken toilet. We were told before checking in that we would have adjoining rooms, however, when we got there at 3:00, check-in time, they didn’t have those rooms ready and it would be hours before they were ready. There were a lot of minor inconveniences that added up and they were unwilling to work with us. It’s unfortunate the morning staff weren’t working when we checked in, because I feel like we would have had a different experience.

This place needs to be shut down and fumigated for bugs. The first room was covered in ants and the second room ant's invaded the next night. The manager was a coward and would not speak to me. The front desk clerk had to handle it. She was great and did want she could. The manager needs to take pride and show some leadership dealing with problems. Never again!!!!!!!!
