  Location of this property is great, shopping, restaurants, cinema are all close by. Traveling solo I felt safe. The evening staff at the desk were wonderful and friendly. I went down for morning breakfast was a joy. It was your typical hotel help yourself. But what made it special was the lady who prepares all your offerings was a joy. She had the best attitude, smile on her face, playing the best music and she was singing along. Such a wonderful way to start off my day! In fact a gentleman walked up to her and I have never been serenaded during breakfast before, thank you. Hampton Inn management I hope you realize what a gem and asset you have in this lady, treat her right! She set the tone for my day and for that many thanks!

  This Hotel needs a major overhaul with condition of Hotel and a major replacement of Hotel Staff This particular Hotel in Waco is a absolute disaster for the City of Waco I will be contacting the BBB and Health Services of Waco Also be contacting ownership for a full refund do to health concerns and I have documentation to prove that this Hotel has major Health concerns and issues that can happen if you stay at this location I don't miss with contacting Property Management I deal with ownership or my Attorneys will be taking care of this So word just need to out about this Particular Hampton Inn Location

  Disgusting. Don't stay here. Carpets filthy throughout. Visible mildew in the AC Visible mildew on the curtains. I tracked some type of black greasy goo barefoot into the shower. Common areas not clean. I'm a diamond Hilton member and have stayed in MANY Hilton properties. This is place has reviews similar to the Waco Motel 6. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked here. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I contacted corporate directly instead of the local management. Since the bad reviews go back months with the same complaints, it's likely local management is complicit and should be fired.

  I made reservations on September 17th for two connecting rooms for October 24th. I called the hotel and specifically asked for connecting rooms, which I made reservations for. When we checked into the hotel, I was told there were no connecting rooms ready. This was at 3:00pm. I was told it would be awhile before connecting rooms were ready. So, we got two separate rooms. For the price I paid for two rooms for only one night, I was not happy since I had made a reservation almost a month ago. We got to our rooms, and in one of the rooms the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were told to hold the handle down all the way - which we did. We looked on inside toilet and there was no water in it. We were told we could change that room, but would be on a different floor. We chose not to do so, because there was a group of us, which is why I asked for connecting rooms on September 17th. The next morning, we all went to breakfast and when we returned to our rooms, the keys would not work. This was between 9:00–9:30am. We had to go back downstairs and they reactivated our keys. All in all, we did not have a good experience and the staff was not helpful, in fact they were rude. I have never paid $430 for two hotels rooms for one night and had this kind of experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all!
