    Cosy pls to be in and has a peaceful ambience. The kids absolutely love it...though it's a stretch away from Bexar county

    Good location. Hotel staff attentive and friendly. Beds not that comfortable. Pillows were old and needed replacement. One side iof the bed did not have a bed side table. They just put the largest table frim the little coffee table set as the night stand. I kept kicking it when zi got in ir out of bed. Not what we expect from a Hilton property. The food was good at breakfast. We never had any of the evening food. However, they wete often out of silverware. Having a bar on site was handy for grabbing a beer in the evening. The paper towels in the kitchenette was never replaced or replenished when it got low. The housekeeping staff moved some of my item I had put on the towel shelf just so they could put towels in a certain order. This wasn't necessary. They could have just put the towels in a different spot. The side door by the pooldont work very well . You have yo use your key and sometimes it would take 3 or more times to get yhe door open. The door at the far end of the hall didn't work at all. Our room was closer to that door do one night we parked at that end only to have to walk around because we couldn't get in. The sound proofing isn't very good. We could heat voices from the room next-door as well as one night someone was playing music loud at 1030pm. Overall thus was the 2nd time staying at this location [2 different years] and had same issues with the doors.

    Was okay be careful when you use the shower it was very slippery and about busted my arm. My hand was swollen pretty badly
