Can’t recommend this Hilton. The restaurant does not have a waitress. They’re trying to use 1 person for both front desk and waitressing. It didn’t matter for dinner because we weren’t in a hurry. But at breakfast we need to go and this slow service does not work for business. Just do us both a favor and close the restaurant if you’re not going to staff it.

The reviews on this property are accurate. I worked all day and came in late. The room smelled terribly musty. Went to bed, woke up feeling awful. Went to work all day. I messaged the hotel about the smell. They said they would "fix it". When I came back I finally realized what it was. The room is covered in black mold. I asked to change rooms. Not even an apology. The staff are very friendly. The property is generally dirty. I would not stay here again.

The condition of the rooms has declined over the years - they look tired. In our most recent stay we had a suitcase on the floor and noticed it was invaded with sugar ants our second day there. We didn’t have food in the suitcase. Ants were all on the carpet after a closer look. We will be finding a new place to stay. Disappointing.

Arguably the best hotel you'll find in Victoria, but still rather mediocre. Nice lobby. Spacious rooms (I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a suite). The bed was very comfortable. Black out shades were excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. On the downside... I found tiny cockroaches in one of the bathrooms and ants in the shower. All of the lighting is bright white LED...very harsh. There was an on-site coin operated laundry, but they were out of laundry detergent in the sundry store and I was told they wouldn't have change for the machines until the following week. 🫤 Still, I've stayed in every decent hotel in Victoria and this one remains on top. Hopefully they can fix the pest control problem in my room. I did notify the front desk.

The location is awkward, but secluded. The rooms are pretty average. The rooms are more expensive than other Hotels but have nothing extra or special. The beds low key are not good and the pillows are really worn out. There is no breakfast or evening socials. They have a restaurant but obviously they are charging you for everything. The only thing really kind of special for this place is the hot tubs and pool, but even that is pretty average. I probably wouldn't come here again. It's not worth the money and there are better cheaper places. Really disappointed with this place.
