Ms. Regina was so helpful throughout the booking process, and the staff as a whole was fantastic. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I took it to the clerk at the front desk and she said she would take it to her manager. I didn’t hear anything from the manager regarding this matter. It infuriates me that I paid $75 dog deposit in case of damages but they actually should pay me the deposit and reimburse me the hotel stay for damages they could have caused had my dog swallowed that pill. I didn’t even get an apology. I think there are other nice hotels in the area. I don’t recommend this hotel. Obviously, not clean enough.

I stayed for just one night, and from the moment I entered the room, it was visibly unclean. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the sofa bed. I initially overlooked it since I was only there for one night and planned to work at the desk before going straight to bed. However, when I got into bed, I discovered numerous stains on the bedding. When I pulled back the sheets, the stains went all the way through to the mattress protector. I called the front desk, and they told me I could come downstairs to pick up new sheets and make my own bed — which I politely declined since it was almost 11pm. Instead, I ended up sleeping on towels for the night and Even the extra blanket in the closet had stains on it. I left early the next morning and will not be returning. The lack of cleanliness and customer service was unacceptable.
