    This is a really nice place to stay. Everyone is super nice, great breakfast in the morning. My husband was stranded there for 5 days and they took care of all of his needs. I recommend staying here, it's close to all amenities and so worth the stay 😀

    The hotel looks like it's recently been renovated but the bed was absolutely rock hard and the bathroom fixtures we're very cheap quality and kept sticking and not working properly.

    We had a trainee checking us in. She wrote the incorrect rm # on our envelope. I was utilizing a cane so walking & standing was painful. We were sent to the wrong room & floor. Luckily my spouse was able to do the back and forth to get the right room & floor. Other than that the stay was good.

    This station didn't return my ID card back to me after checking out. After 2days discovering this and the front desk officer (5:00 am on 12/12/25 ) could not even give me his name. He dropped the ball; telling me your ID card is here waiting for you. Nobody call me to inform me of that after 2days smh. These people just need your money but dont want to give good customer service. I need something to be done bcos I dont live in Verrnon
