The gentleman at the front desk helped figure it out and it finally latched. The bathroom floor was sticky in a few places and the carpet needed to be vacuumed but the room was great otherwise. Water in the shower was steaming hot and exactly what I needed after a long day. I did not like the fee for parking my car and it was quite unexpected.
