- GBGinn b13Oct 25, 20254.0Kind staff, good location. This was our first visit to this Hilton location. We were able to find parking right out front. Walking up, the entrance is well lit. The outside trash at the door was overflowing and a bit of a turn off, but other than that the grounds are well kept. The lobby entrance smelled clean. The main lobby set up is nice and spacious. They have cute dog treats available at the desk for the furbabies. There was one front desk agent, but the wait was not long. McKinley was a wonderful hotel representative and gentleman. He engaged in small talk and was able to make the welcome and check-in process quick and pleasant. Any questions we had he was happy to answer. They offer breakfast and have plenty of seating if you decide to eat in the dining area. The main lobby also has drinks and snacks to choose from if wanted. We stayed in a King suite. The rooms are maintained and the temperature set to a cool degree upon entry. There are plenty of plug-ins for chargers or electronics. The TV is centered towards the middle of the room and at an awkward angle to watch from the bed, but nothing that's too bad. The kitchenette was clean and organized. There was one butter knife with a dirty handle in the silverware selection. The kitchen trash is a bit small if you were to cook and needed to discard any larger items. The beds are firm. The pillows are feather pillows & are not my preference, but they are not bad. Just don't offer much neck support. The facilites are clean and stocked. There is a night light in the sink also. This is a nice touch. AC works well. It's sound is noticeable but not loud enough to cause an issue.
