The room and breakfast were fine. I do take issue with the hotel honoring an agreement to provide shuttle service. The hotel agreed to provide shuttle service for a wedding if enough rooms were booked. We had several family members attempt to book rooms and were told the rooms were already sold out, however a couple of us called closer to event time and were able to get rooms. Was the hotel not wanting to honor the commitment to provide shuttle service? Were rooms suddenly available for some reason? I don't know the answer, but it seems questionable.

The new room designs are terrible. I had a king room that usually comes with a long desk/table in the middle of the room. That has been replaced with a small round table that is unstable and prevents you from having everything you need to conduct business right in front of you. The chair it comes with is rigid and uncomfortable. This remodel is nothing more than having a modern look for updated pictures on the website. If you’re here for business or plan to relax in your room then this hotel isn’t for you. There are better options all around and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Even a Motel 6 comes with a desk. Also every time I opened my room, the door would rub the frame causing a loud metal pop when I entered the room. As a diamond member and someone who frequently comes to this hotel, I will be going elsewhere. This was a huge downgrade and I won’t be back. Also they traded caramel sauce that goes on the waffles for kiwi lime and that’s gross. The staff is exceptional though.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you have a pet! Prices were very reasonable. Rooms are extra clean! I was more than satisfied and it was way more than we expected. The rooms were very quiet even though we were close to a freeway. Definitely would stay there again if we needed a hotel room for a night.
