We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana for one night during a road trip, and it was a fantastic choice. From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcome; the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the seamless check-in made everything so much easier. The room exceeded our expectations it was very spacious, modern, and spotless. The bed was so comfortable that we got a great night's sleep before hitting the road again. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, and the soundproofing is top-notch, so we didn't hear a peep from the neighbors. The location is also prime just a couple of minutes from the main highways and close to plenty of good restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. This place is a hidden gem, and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

I just had to shout from the rooftops what a great experience I had at the Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana over the holidays! From the moment I walked into the beautifully decorated lobby and restaurant, I felt welcomed. I was greeted with nothing but smiles at the front desk and had the fastest, easiest check-in ever.
The staff gave clear directions, an accurate description of my room, and even pointed out local attractions that shouldn’t be missed. And let me say—my room was brand new, fully remodeled just a few weeks ago, and absolutely spotless.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I had breakfast every morning and dinner every night at the hotel. Arron, the breakfast server, was fantastic, and you really can’t beat a big steak without ever having to leave the property!
I will definitely be back every holiday when I venture home to TXK.

The room that was reserved to me and my children were suppose of been renovated, I recently had surge and was an unsanitary and uncomfortable! Which isn’t right, ethically or professionally correct! I question everything!!! Nonetheless, I still haven’t been spoken with about this matter… which is insanely weird and inconsistent to say the least on the behalf of Hilton. “Bad for business TEXARKANA”. I’m just worried about what’s being done to others that might have traveled a long distance and needs a break to be treated worse than an animal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10-STAR EXPERIENCE – A RARE AND BEAUTIFUL FIND OF A TRUE HIDDEN GEM!!!
Behind every strong, successful company are people who work quietly, faithfully, and with pride—often without recognition. During our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, we were blessed to encounter one of those rare individuals, and her name is Chynett Harris.
Chynett is the kind of person whose spirit immediately stands out. She carries herself with humility, kindness, and a genuine selflessness that is impossible to miss. There is a warmth and light about her—truly the light of the LORD shining through—that instantly makes you feel cared for. People like her don’t just do their jobs well; they change the entire experience. The world would be a far better place with more people like Chynett in it.
That care and pride show clearly throughout the hotel. The housekeeping here is exceptional. Every area—especially the 5th floor where we stayed—smelled fresh, clean, and crisp, which is incredibly refreshing and speaks volumes about the standards upheld behind the scenes.
The room itself was beautifully updated and modern, with great lighting and stylish fixtures throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and rest. The bathroom was a standout feature—an elegant all-glass shower with no tub, excellent lighting, and a clean, upscale feel.
This was more than just a hotel stay—it was a reminder that the smallest details and the kindest people leave the biggest impressions. Chynett Harris is a true asset to Hilton Garden Inn, and because of her, this location has earned our loyalty and highest recommendation.

Zero Stars – Unjust Charges and Unprofessional Conduct
My husband has stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana for years during Marine Corps Reserve drill weekends, using a government travel card. December 21 was his final stay due to the unit shutting down, and our family stayed that weekend while volunteering for Toys for Tots.
One of our children accidentally damaged an IKEA cabinet door. We immediately took responsibility and were willing to pay for the damage. However, at checkout we were also charged a “deep cleaning fee” and told the room was “destroyed,” with food on the carpet and walls(mind you they have wood floors not carpet) 🤦🏽♀️ claims that are completely untrue. When we asked for photos or documentation, none could be provided.
When my husband called to address the charge, the manager yelled at him, which was highly unprofessional. Shortly after, my husband was banned from this property—despite no prior issues over years of stays.
What makes this especially ironic is that Hilton congratulated him on achieving Diamond Member status the very same day this property banned him.
After years of consistent military business, this experience was extremely disappointing. Between unsupported charges, lack of evidence, and poor management behavior, we will not return and advise others to document everything carefully when staying here.
