- YCYolanda CJan 5, 20263.0The stay was mostly comfortable, but a few details missed the mark. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of parking, which definitely helped make the stay easier. However, at check-in we were not given our two complimentary waters, even though the guest right before us did receive hers. I had to go back downstairs later to ask for them, which was frustrating. The bathroom was also out of conditioner, which is a small thing but disappointing when you expect the basics to be stocked. Overall, it was an okay stay with some comfort, but the service details could use more attention. Next time I’ll stay at the Hilton.

Parking was a little tricky due to nearby construction & some vehicles parallel parking across multiple spaces. Room was big and perfect for our family. I loved that the restroom had a dimming night light so you didn't get blinded going in in the middle of the night. Breakfast had a good variety and the area was clean. I was not recognized as a rewards member, nor given any bottled water/snacks like I usually receive at other Hilton owned properties so that was a little disappointing. I've stayed at multiple hotels in this area, and this one is by far the best value.

Way too much money for a room that has gotten a lot of use over the years. I just think you shouldn't charge a high price for a room no different then the Best Western or HIE that I have stayed at in this city.

As you can see in the photos, there were a lot of big trucks with trailers hogging up all the parking. I had to park far away at the other hotel lot and walk in the cold weather to get to the hotel. Luckily I was able to find a spot at the other hotel too, because they have the same problem. I’m surprised this is legal here. The owner of this hotel needs to do something about this issue.
