  NOT EVEN A 1 STAR IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SEEVICE THEIR OVERHEAD IS TRASH ROOM IS OVER PRICED FOR THE SERVICE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A FAMILY BASED ENJOY YOUR STAY VISIT DONT COME THE ROOM WAS OKAY UNLESS YOU WANTED TO USE THE TOILET I HAD A 5AM EMERGENCY AND GOODLUCK WITH THAT 0 ON THE PHONE NOBODYS REACHABLE. UPON ARRIVING IT TOOK FRONT DESL TIME TO NOTICE YOU YOUR NOT GONNA GET A HEY HOW ARE YA GREETING YOU WILL BE WONDERING IF SOMEONE IS WORKING. THEY NEED BETTER COMMUNICATION AND TO TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WAY BETTER Had i paid 75$ for the room this would be totally acceptable. The price is super 8 quality dont let the Hilton name coarse you! Frank night shift amazing SWEET BEAUTIFUL girl. She is the ONLY REASON IM NOT PACKING MY STUFF AT 624 PLUS IF YOU NEED MAINTENANCE YOU WILL HAVE TO PLUNGE YOUR OWN TOILET . THE POOR SWEET GIRL OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME SHED A HARD WORKER WORKING FOR THE WRONG COMPANY !!!!

  This is our go to hotel Everytime we travel to Texarkana. Always friendly service. Clean rooms, great breakfast & my boys love the indoor pool!

  I did not actually stay here, but my husband who drives over the road was staying overnight on September 8th, 2025. We'd talked before he went to bed and things sounded fine. Fast forward to almost midnight when he called saying he wasn't feeling well, he didn't know what was going on, and he sounded panicked. I looked up his location to call the front desk. Franziska answered, patiently listened to me alerting her that he may have been having a medical emergency, and emergency services was needed...he was there in Texarkana and I was 4 hours away in Cordova (Memphis), TN, having no way of getting to him. Luckily, I knew his room # and could tell her, and she used it to go check on him herself. In the meantime, she asked if I wanted to wait on hold or if she wanted me to let her call me back, and I opted to wait which felt like an eternity. She eventually came back to the phone letting me know that EMS had gotten there, and they were assessing him and transporting him to the nearest hospital, Saint Michael. She took her time to get his info, my info, keep me calm, and give me the hospital's numbers. She didn't brush me off or rush me off the phone, and even asked that I call her back to let her know how he was doing after he'd been assessed. Thank God, he was okay. I called back to let her know how he was and how appreciative we were of her and how she handled the situation. Again, she took her time to speak with me, and I appreciated her going above and beyond. I am very happy she was there when this happened. She made a very scary situation easier for him and me.
