Would not recommend, uncomfortable, dirty, and not well kept. Worst Hampton Inn i’ve ever seen.

This Hampton has great reviews, which prompted me to book a stay during a quick road trip; however, I was fairly disappointed. The hotel felt dingy, dark and dirty. We stayed on the third floor and there was obviously a recent large leak in the ceiling which was concerning. The walls and carpeting seemed dirty too. The hotel is really in need of a refresh throughout. Breakfast was so-so, but I appreciated the early start time. Not a place I’d likely return to.

I give this place five stars all the way down the board. Starting with right when we walked in my elderly mother, took a spill, and they rushed to help me pick her up. That’s set the precedence the rest of our stay. Later on my card, didn’t work to get into the Jacuzzi and staff helped me to get in with no issues. The bedding was fresh and beds were comfortable. All of the shower amenities were nice and upscale. They have a really cool live personal assistant that you can text with any needs. They gave me toothpaste for free because I forgot mine. That was a nice touch.

It’s an older Hampton inn. I would say she’s about 10-15yrs behind the times. There’s lots of material issues. Water damage, swelling/bubbling of the walls, stains on the carpets, and peeling wallpaper. Even the appliances are very much dated. Theres one washer and dryer for the whole hotel so plan to camp out or just forget laundry. The staff are friendly, it’s right off I-20. I think being sandwiched between a modern holiday inn and la Quinta is the death toll for this place unfortunately.
