Patricia (night audit) cancelled the reservation for my wife and two small children even though I called and spoke to the hotel and told them she’d be a late arrival. Patricia told me that she tried to call me to find out if anyone was still coming. She didn’t. She then later told me called the wrong person. The reservation was made with points and money. It came out to a little over $40 for the stay. She kept my wife and kids in the lobby of the hotel for 30 minutes at 2am trying to figure out a way to reverse her mistake. She couldn’t. Her way of fixing it was saying we could pay full price for the room. We did - we got my wife into the room and then I called back and told her I wanted to speak to her GM. She called her and didn’t realize I could hear the entire call. Christie Warner (gm) said she wasn’t going to talk to a guest because it was almost 3am. Ms. Warner then called me “stupid and immature” and said “he probably just wants money. Patricia then said “he probably just wants Hilton honors points” Patricia refused to tell the GM what even happened. I recorded the call as well, in which you could hear Patricia and Christie’s conversation clear as day with the GM calling me “stupid and immature” and Patricia saying, “yeah I don’t know why he’s upset.”

My stay was horrible, you opened my door last night after I had gone to sleep scarring the hell out of me. I am a female and was alone. You did not call to explain or apologize. I had to call you to find out what was going on. You merely said you mistakenly opened my door. I did not sleep much last night and now have to go to work and attend to a full patient caseload at the nursing home.

0 stars--DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel is smelly and desk clerk does not care, the TV remote doesn't work, so no TV- i called desk clerk waited 45mins and called back only to be given another remote that doesnt work and then clerk hung up on me saying " have a good night " No help at all, shower is nasty, bed is like sleeping on box spring. The shower head is so gross and old- it barely had water pressure. I came to check it at 4:45p I was told by the rude clerk they are behind cleaning rooms and he cant do anything about it, no supervisor, mgr anyone to get assistance, just gave me and the other men waiting a fresh attitude. I noticed the "owner" responds to post that are favorable, but not a response if a guest has issues like I am having. I mean you pay full price stay less than 12 hours, for what. Never going to use hotel chain, i had to bc Holiday Inn was booked solid next door. And Eugene, I will be filing a complaint to Hilton directly. I will share to let corp know exactly how rude your clerk at desk is and the deplorable conditions of this hotel. Not even have a shower curtain gross shower leaks onto floor. Towels are crusty and old. Carpet is soggy and mildew. Do not stay here! I travel every week for business.
