Not the best suite I would recommend. Need updates most definitely and I never went to a hotel that the water would be shut off 2 days in row for a few hours. I most definitely think guests should’ve been refunded a discount Christmas week for that water issue

Great place and they are renovating. There was no inconvenience due to renovation and a nice reception from the manager Wednesday evening. The entrance was nicely decorated with holiday decorations.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and overall my experience was affected by the attitude of the overnight front desk staff. Each interaction I had with him felt cold and unwelcoming, and he never smiled or made an effort to be friendly. As a Black guest, I felt as though I was being looked down on or treated differently, which made me VERY uncomfortable during my stay.
Additionally, I am a smoker, and each time I walked past the overnight employee he would noticeably fake cough, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Small interactions like that can strongly influence how a guest feels, and unfortunately this left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant visit. However Ms. Beth was great! Very pleasant & friendly face! Unfortunately I packed up & took my business to another hotel because I didn’t feel comfortable.
I hope management addresses this, because every guest deserves to feel respected and comfortable regardless of who they are or what situation their in. I’m big on respect & especially when it comes to someone older than me. So I always respected him & got the same blank face stare every time. I was hoping it changed but NOPE. It was like that every night my whole 2 week stay. If you don’t like your job please LEAVE. Someone with a more comfortable spirit & a friendly face will fit this job better being when guest come they get a comfortable, cozy at home feeling while their home away from home.
Overall, yes the hotel is old, no it’s not worth the rate per night. Some rooms are better than others They do have social Wednesday’s every Wednesday which was a cool vibe I would def come back for. However the overnight man kinda took that from me. People can be so unkind for NO reason! :(

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but the level of hospitality displayed by the front desk staff here was beyond rude and unprofessional.
Several instances where the front desk staff made me feel like I was bad for even asking a question or needing something. A complete lack of manners and respect for your guests.
You get what you pay for I guess. I’ll never book a stay with this establishment again. If you’re staying with loved ones, take them somewhere where they’ll be treated as guests.

Very good value for the money spent. Rooms aren’t super updated or modern, but it was still clean and had plenty of space to offer. Staff was always friendly and there’s free parking in front. If you’re booking for the pool, it’s on the smaller side and right in front of the hotel. Don’t think that would be worth it, but everything else was top class. Also offers free breakfast buffet options (including to go plates), which was convenient.
