I didn't like that in the app I could choose my room but the only room I had to choose was near the elevator on every floor. If I wanted a room away from the elevator, there was an upcharge. Same room type as the one I reserved but the price went up due to location. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for that. I will say we didn't hear noise from the elevator area but that could be because it was a quiet Tuesday night. We left before breakfast so I cannot review. I would stay there again, just wish there were more rooms to choose from at the price point I booked, felt a little like I was being upcharged with the old bait and switch sales tactic

We were there with our son's soccer team and wanted to have some team building and asked to use the television and lobby area to have movie night. Shelby made it so easy for us. She even came over and dimmed the lights in the area for everyone to see rhe screen easier. And we asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up the floor and she came right over and was so pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area. Thanks Shelby!!!
