  Anytime we spoke to the staff, the service was lovely. The room was nice, spacious, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. We stayed in two different rooms during our visit, both of which had the same issue: the shower door kept sliding open while we were showering and refused to stay closed. We finally decided to “lock” ourselves in by having the other person wedge a hand towel in the crack. Overall, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, but I don’t see how a single person could shower without great frustration or ending up with a soaking-wet floor. We loved the free, unlimited coffee available in the lobby — it tasted great, unlike most hotel coffee! The breakfast, however, needs major improvements. The meat options ran out almost daily and were not refilled for guests who arrived later. The seasoning on the food was also off, and overall it tasted very subpar, leading to entire plates sometimes going to waste. The waffles, juice, yogurt, and anything not prepared on-site were great, though.

  New hotel and rooms were clean BUT we had ants in both rooms. I let the front desk know and we were told the previous occupant must have left food out? In two rooms, I said? So just know there is an ant problem in at least two of the rooms we reserved and my daughter and myself had ant bites from ants being in the beds. By the way, our rooms were on the fourth floor which is the top floor not the ground floor. Good luck!
