Incompetent staff at front desk, not very welcoming in the least, multiple issues with the key cards not working properly would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Was very disappointed with my stay after useing home2suites at all of my stays, but unfortunately after this stay I do not forsee myself usring them anymore in the future.

Had some maintenance issues with the room. The shower door leaked and water ran into the hallway, the faucet leaked and water ran onto the floor, and a couple of the bathroom floor tiles were cracked. I did like Hilton's online check-in and the phone as a key, and Netflix on TV.

UPDATE: Spoke to the hotel manager today and while I was not given the refund I was initially promised by Hilton CS, he did send us a credit for 1 free night at a future Home2 stay. The conversation was very respectful and considerate, and he is the only reason I am updating this review. Hilton corporate CS is awful, but at least this manager was willing to listen and offer a real solution. If this hotel was strict about the quiet hours, they could certainly have a 5-star rating. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Heed the low reviews, and do not waste your money here. I always stay at Home2, but this one is an absolute mess. Absolutely no respect for quiet hours, fire alarm going off at 5am, you will get zero rest here. I checked out 1 day early after 3 terrible nights there (after speaking to the Honors customer service hotline) and they assured me I would get a refund for that last night. 3 weeks later and multiple calls back to customer service and the hotel itself, and still no refund. The worst part is that every time I call in I have to tell the same story over again because the rep claims there are no notes in the system from my previous calls. I'm a handful of stays from gold status, but this will be my last stay with Hilton. There are too many great hotel chains to choose from to put up with this nonsense. Stay far away from this awful hotel.

Various trucks were broken into, we thought it was a safe area, including ours. The hotel was not much help and didn't reimburse or compensate our stay. Police were involved since they did hit other surrounding hotels as well, but overall this was a misfortune event and we had to come out of pocket to repair the broken window. I will be staying elsewhere.

This hotel is great except when you take the tag off to have your clean, the housekeepers don't come until 6 pm to clean it. Imagine leaving the room at 5 am, request for a cleaning and you are back around 4 pm, it still isn't clean. Plus, I left my trash near a trash can by the elevator, right next to the housekeeping closet that trash stayed there for 2 days. Is there something wrong with that?
