- TMT MOct 18, 20252.0By far the worst home2suites I have ever stayed in. First all front desk customer service sucks, no enthusiasm in their job, no drive you can tell they don't like their jobs. Now either management sucks and don't care so that's why the employees have the same attitude I don't know but Hilton you really need to do something. Second the rooms are way to close together (if you have stayed in Home2 you know exactly what I'm talking about). The noise in the hotel was ridiculous but overall the room was great.

- MCMaddi CSep 22, 20252.0We love Home2 Suites, but not this location. Staff weren't cheerful and never smiled, only the people at the front desk speak English. The lights are awful fluorescent bulbs making it feel like a hospital or office, they should be using soft white (warm) bulbs like every other name brand hotel to promote relaxation. The mobile key card system does NOT work, we had to have our keys remade in between reservations because their system is outdated compared to other locations. Construction next door is loud and woke us up every morning. We stayed here for 16 days (it was only supposed to be 6 but our plans kept changing). The ac units in the room smelled of mildew. If this is your first time at at Home2 Suites, please know they're usually much better than this location. I won't stay at this location again.
