This is a new hampton/hilton hotel. I was moved to 3 rooms. I have points was given no water. Other guests were complaining also. They would not clean my room when asked. The continental breakfast was good. Housekeeping held some of my belongings for me that I forgot. They also did not apply points I earned. Took them 12 days to do that. Rating...poor.
