Great new rooms. Staff was very kind and helpful. The air conditioning works well. There was enough parking for me to park a pickup with 20ft trailer. The hotel is near many shops and hospitals. The only complaint I have it that you have to take frontage roads to get anywhere which means miles instead of just a couple min. There are no sidewalks and it is difficult to walk anywhere around the hotel except the immediate shopping area next door. Pretty quiet considering it is located next to the interstate. Good value.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, instead of 4. Overall, this was a great stay. The room was great, it was fresh, clean and quite updated. The black out curtains in tracks kept the room dark enough to sleep just as long as you want. The mattress was perfect, not too hard, just the right amount of firmness. The shower was clean and roomy and actually had a foot rest (a lot of hotels miss this mark).
We kept the Do Not Disturb sign on our room for our 6 day stay... so I can't speak about housekeeping. But we are not slobs and know how to clean up after ourselves, so that wasn't needed. We took out our own trash when it got a little accumulated.
Morning staff at breakfast we're super friendly and offered smiles and greetings and always asked if we needed anything. Breakfast is okay. Nothing spectacular, but completely serviceable. The scones instead of muffins were a tasty surprise.
The only improvements I could speak...
1) I don't know of anyone that enjoys barn doors on bathrooms. Barn doors offer very little privacy. Unwanted humidity, sounds, smells and lights pass through barn doors way too much. I wish hotel designers would take that into account.
2) This hotel is located at a VERY noisy freeway and service road combo...I feel like hotel architects need to craft some sort of concrete baffle into their designs that would help buffer road noise. It's pretty loud.
3) The air conditioner does a good job of getting the room cool enough, but the motion control sensors make it hard to keep the room at a steady temp. It was a lot of cranking the temp down and up throughout the stay. And part of the casing on our was broken, and super rattley. We tucked a piece of folded paper into the unit to stop the broken piece from making so much noise.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a really great price. Thank you for the stay.
