This location has NEVER failed us! We were pleasantly surprised by the remodel they'd done. Nice job Hampton Inn & Suites @Seabrook!

The room had a strong mildew smell that didn’t go away — we switched rooms a couple of times and ran into the same issue each time. It was really quite unpleasant, difficult to ignore in the room and not sure if it was a health issue (mold?) The front desk staff, especially Christine, was kind and tried to help, but the problem seems bigger than what the staff can fix. You can tell management knows — the smell is mentioned in plenty of other reviews. After enough attempts, we just gave up and moved to another hotel. A disappointing experience from a brand that’s normally so consistent. Never heard anymore from hotel or Hilton/Hampton Inn - so really best avoided.

It's not clear why but they removed seemingly a dozen palm trees 2 years ago. The palm trees matched other merchants and looked pretty. I suspect the franchise owner was too cheap to maintain them. Meanwhile, congratulations on repairing the trash barn.

Rahim at the front desk immediately found a solution, including visiting our room himself to confirm that it was in fact not working. Not having maintenance on staff at the time, he jumped into action and switched our room. Top notch customer service. Thank you Rahim.
