Marie did her best to solve the problem quickly and professionally. She did a very good job. Thanks to Marie! Meanwhile, hotel need to figure out a permanent solution for room overbooking issue. Hotel first priority is customer satisfaction instead of profitability. Only hotel with good customer satisfaction can win business in the long term.
